Can I use Zapier to do this:
When this happens: Customer books an event in Calendly that we need to use GoToWebinar for.
Automatically do this: Check the schedule of GoToWebinar. Confirm the Calendly booking with the customer ONLY IF there is no other webinar scheduled to run at that same date and time.
The situation I am trying to avoid is where one member of the Calendly event is booked for a webinar, which they create manually in GTW. Then a second member of the event is booked by a second customer for the same time slot. We cannot run these webinars concurrently in GoTo so we then have to go back and cancel with the second customer and it all gets messy.
