Hello! I’m hoping someone may be able to help me with this.

 

I’ve got a zap all setup where whenever Thing A is triggered, a new Lawmatics Matter is created. Inside Lawmatics, there are overarching ‘Stage’ and ‘Practice Area’ fields (not custom fields) that we use to further automate things through our pipeline.

 

The problem seems to be that inside Zapier, there’s no way to set the ‘Stage’ or the ‘Practice Area’ fields. This seems like a glaring oversight if it’s not an option. Does anyone know of a way around this?

FYI: Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves.

App APIs can be used in Zaps with these apps:

  • Code
  • Webhooks
