Hello Together. I have the following idea. In the moment a new record is added to a connected MySQL db I want to run a PHP script. A value from the just inserted record should be called in the URL (parameter in the example below). The URL would look like that:https://domain.net/myphpfile.php?p=parameter Is that possible? Hi-I need your help for a (maybe) simple issue. I create my first Zapp: New Lead via Funnel in Perspective. “Choose App” and “Create an account” was easy. But in the field “Costumize Lead” the required field “Choose Value” does not work. There ist no Value founded. What do I have to do in that case? I thought this “Value” is the Name of my Perspektive-funnel, but as I said-no value is founded.Thanks for your help!Christine
Greetings,Is it possible to have Zapier find an available date/time in Office 365 based on an updated Row in Excel? When I use Excel Updated Row as the Trigger, Zapier is looking for the Start Date / Time to be entered. I would like Zapier to identify this based on looking at my Calendar and selecting the next available date/time that is after the date field in the updated Excel row.Basically this is an auto-scheduler. A date is updated and I need time reserved on my calendar after the update. Looking for Zapier to do this for me.

Hi Zapier Community,As stated in the title, I’m looking to get an action to trigger after a year. To be accurate, I set up a learning quiz using LearnDash and I’m looking for a way to send an email a year after it gets successfully completed. Because LearnDash works well with Zapier, it would be convenient to find a way to solve my problem using it.Upon reading the documentation from this article, I understand that a delay can only be scheduled for up to a month in Zapier and I should look for another way to do what I want.However, if someone has an idea on how to bypass this or can recommend an alternative solution I would be grateful to hear it.
Person we hired is MIA and this has gone on for 6 months.When we input our form we want to create invoice. Coder has made such a trail I can’t do this myself.Now we fill in form with order details it saves to google sheet, creates a folder in drive, saves to airtable and creates trello card.I would like to have an invoice from the form or from airtable (I don’t care..just need this to be over and get working) We also use hubspot if that helps any. Prefer invoice from QB online but at this point I don’t care.now the way it is has made it more difficult than before I spent all this money! I will gladly pay..but need a reliable person.
I’ve been trying to set up a password (reset) , confirming my email that’s connected to Zapier and I check my inbox, spam, trash and there’s no email whatsoever. I’ve also been trying to setup an sms trigger for FB Lead Ads but whenever I enter the PIN that was texted to me I get an error saying that it is an invalid code. Need help ASAP
Hi Zapier community, I am trying to do something specific so I will try and lay out the use case and how I am going about it and where I am having trouble. Background:I am using Monday as a CRM for lead management. Often the best form of communication is email and SMS messages. Monday has an update section for every item. Currently all emails 2 and from are automated and placed in the update column with integrations. For SMS I need to copy and paste the text messages in manually each time. What I am trying to do:1- When Text comes in or goes out, it is forwarded in email format to a Zapier email address(done)2- Zapier parses the info from the text so that it can pick up the phone number, incoming/outgoing status and the text from the message. (done)3- Query the monday.com api to return any items with a matching number in the phone number column to the number picked up earlier (struggling)4- Put the message from the text in the update section from the item/s found from the previous s
Greetings,I have a Zap set up that adds a row to a Google Sheet each time there’s a sale in our Square Point of Sale (POS). One of the fields is called “Created at: and it returns the wrong timestamp.Zapier filled in this timestamp (9/11/2020 0:43:49) when the actual transaction occurred on 9/10/2020 around 21:30:??. My timezone is Eastern Standard Time.Does anyone have a suggestion on where I should start my troubleshooting.Thank you.Chris
Hi All,I created a Zap to send an email from my outlook, but I can’t seem to attach the PDF to the email. I tried dragging and dropping the PDF where it says Attachment, but that just resulted in gibberish.txt.Any help would be appreciated!Edit: Screenshots of step and email attachment added.
Hi!We are developing a Zap where we want to create (or update) leads from our Drift chatbot into Pardot. What we have been doing so far is to use the “Find or Create Prospect in Pardot” feature, which works really well for creating new ones, However, when it comes to prospects that are already in Pardot, we haven´t found a proper way to update them. Zapier says that they have indeed found a prospect in my Pardot account (as I show on the screenshot attached here).The problem is that when we want to update the prospect that Zapier has just found, we don´t seem to find a proper way to match them:We´ve tried the “Custom” tab but we can´t find a way to choose the prospect we just found on the previous step of the Zap. Any thoughts or ideas on this will be highly appreciated. This post has been edited to remove private information from images. I’m having problems getting our cloud signature (setup through exclaimer) to be added to emails we want to send via a zap. I have tried using the smtp by Zapier option as well as the gmail option. Both are sending the exact same, no signature added once going through the server. Anybody encountered the same issue and managed to resolve?ThanksRhiannon
Hi everyone, I'm trying to create a PDF generation automation. I have a number of PDF "concept notes" each of them tied to a particular option I'd like to list in an Airtable form (though open to other form solutions). I would like users to be able to use a multi-select option in the form to select which concept note they would like to be emailed, and have the automation merge all the options they selected into a single PDF, then email that to the user. I'm not sure how to design the automation to search for the docs (in a Google Drive) based on the form responses. How would you go about setting up such an automation? Any feedback or ideas welcome! We are building a scheduling app. A user is able to schedule an event and we send out an email notification 30 mins before the event start time. When a new event is created, we create a Zap with delay until set to 30mins before event start. This works great.However, when a user deletes or modifies the event 30 mins before the event start, we need to delete the delayed task so that the email is no longer sent. How is this possible ?Also, is there a better approach to handle this use case ?
I’ve seen several answers to how to split fields, but I need to join two fields. First Name and Last Name.I want the field data to have a space between the values. Right now in testing I’m getting JaneDoe instead of Jane Doe. Is there a way to add a space between these fields? Thanks!

Hello, I successfully connected my squarespace email form to my kajabi via zapier, but I have another email form I need to connect on squarespace. When I enter a new zap and test it successfully, it still says awaiting connection to Zapier in the squarespace storage. What am I missing here? Thank you!
Hi.Can i set up a Zap from CF to GS where the order contains multiple variants and multiple quantities?I have a product which comes in three colours. I currently have woocommerce trigger when the user submits their email, however I cannot find a slack action that sends a NEW user an email to join my slack channel. I’m having trouble connecting a Wix Automation (linking new subscribers to a newsletter form) to a Klaviyo New Subscriber command: I’m receiving the following error when customizing the new subscriber info for Klaviyo, which seems to be connected with the contact email from Wix not working for some reason. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed in Zapier or on Wix’s backend. Any help on this would be so greatly appreciated !!!
