When attempting to create a new Zap and connect it to Service TItan, I keep getting this error:
 

authentication failed: Bad Request: {"error":"invalid_client"}

 

I am not sure why this is happening. The CID is correct and copied directly from Service Titan (CRM) which creates it for Zapier to connect. Has anyone every run into this roadblock before?

I had the same problem connecting to ServiceTitan.  I sent in a request for help and received the following information.  ServiceTitan requires a formal request for API access with Zapier.  Once the request is received and approved, they will add a Zapier 3.0 application to the ServiceTitan account.  Nothing happened for me until I received this app.  Here is the letter I received from ServiceTitan.  If you send in a case, ask for Vahan.

I have received your service ticket regarding the Error with the Zapier integration. Please see details below: 

  1. Looking at your Settings > Integrations > API Application Access it appears you have not connected to Zapier 3.0 
  2. The credentials provided are for a Zapier connection.
  3. Please go to Connect New APP and finish connecting to Zapier 3.0 and generate a new client Id, client secret.
  4. Then when connecting to Zapier you will want to make sure to connect to Zapier 3.0.2.
  5. You will want to make sure you select "Production Environment".
