I had the same problem connecting to ServiceTitan. I sent in a request for help and received the following information. ServiceTitan requires a formal request for API access with Zapier. Once the request is received and approved, they will add a Zapier 3.0 application to the ServiceTitan account. Nothing happened for me until I received this app. Here is the letter I received from ServiceTitan. If you send in a case, ask for Vahan.

I have received your service ticket regarding the Error with the Zapier integration. Please see details below:
- Looking at your Settings > Integrations > API Application Access it appears you have not connected to Zapier 3.0
- The credentials provided are for a Zapier connection.
- Please go to Connect New APP and finish connecting to Zapier 3.0 and generate a new client Id, client secret.
- Then when connecting to Zapier you will want to make sure to connect to Zapier 3.0.2.
- You will want to make sure you select "Production Environment".
