How to browse and add images in Zapier?

I would like to create a Zapier that would go to a website like Unsplash that provides random images free of use, search for a topic, and then download the image so that I can use it in the next steps of a zap. However, I have not found any image provides that Zapier is connected to, and I also think adding an image to Google Drive would not work, because it has to find a specific file name, while I just want it to download a random image associated with the topic I am searching for.

Does anyone have an idea on how to do this? :)

You can try using the Unsplash API: https://unsplash.com/documentation#get-a-random-photo

App APIs can be used in Zaps via these apps:
