Hello, I created a survey on Survey Monkey and trying to link it to my Dovetail. But when I tried the test, I entered all the information but it’s not showing on the reponses collected on Zapier, so the “People” created on Dovetail is also blank.
Is there a reason why for this problem? Thank you for you reply.

To get a better understanding of your setup, could you kindly share a screenshot showing how you've configured your Zap? It would be super helpful to see the trigger you're using with SurveyMonkey as well.
Also, if you could capture a screenshot of the "Action" section that includes all the fields of the Dovetail step, that would be fantastic. Here's an example of what I'm referring to:
