I wonder if that “[502] Bad gateway” error was caused by this recent OpenAI incident:

It appears to have since been resolved so can you try retesting that ChatGPT action to check whether it’s now able to run successfully?

Yup! It’s now working again. Turns out it was an issue on their side after all.
Strange because chatGPT in the browser was working for me at the time, but could’ve been an issue specific to their API.
