I am looking for some info that doesn’t seem to be on here. How can I make a zap run for existing data and not only new data. I am sure this is often asked :-)

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to do with Zapier directly.
I recently wrote a blog post that details a workaround you can do that involves CSV files + a Google Sheet. It might work depending on what app you’re using.
