Here’s the scenario:Trigger sends a Slack message whenever a new item is created.However, this trigger is tied to an app that generates 3-4 items simultaneously (even though they’re essentially the same item). How can I have Zapier ONLY send me the last item triggered?I’ve tried to find some sort of throttling workflow and none of the answers I found seemed applicable (or they were written by much smarter people than me and I just didn’t understand what they were saying 😂).
I tried to change the address of my account with Zapier, but it failed.I can't access the zap I've made so far. Hi,We have a CRM which creates a new Excel spreadsheet on the 1st day of every month into a specific directory on BOX. It’s just a list of internal company contacts on a single sheet, but the CRM doesn’t delete the previous version, it simply adds a long random string to the end of the filename, so we end up with a growing collection:Adviser_List_vlkrcjhvgnshrnl.xlsxAdviser_List_fgvbnhjdsmmh.xlsxAdviser_List_gjfngjfgybdvgd.xlsx…. and so onMy question is, how can I get Zapier to identify the newest Excel file in there, and grab a link to that file, so I can send it out to our member list on Mailchimp? I would trigger the zap to do this once a month.I have no trouble creating the email part, and I can get Zapier to read the folder, I just don’t know how to target the newest excel file?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Mike

Hello!Does anyone have experience connecting Scoro to ServiceNow via Zapier? We recently tested a Zap in the reverse order (ServiceNow to Scoro) and with a little testing, now have it working where a new escalation will automatically create a task in Scoro, in our predefined project.The 2nd piece to this is getting Scoro to talk back to ServiceNow, and update the existing escalation. We have the Zap trigger set as a New or Updated task, and it’s set to look at bookmark filtering (we have this exact same filtering setup in a different Zap that works well, to send an email notification when a task in Scoro hits the bookmark).We cannot get the Zap to pull data over to ServiceNow, the test action is not working in the Action piece of the Zap, and we don’t see any activity in the Zap history (even though tasks are pulling into the bookmark the trigger looks at).Does anyone have any experience? Any insights will be hugely helpful. Thanks in advance!
Hi everyone! I built a Reddit New Hot Posts→ Twitter Pages trigger and here’s the outline: By far, everything works fine. But there seems no way I can schedule this procedure. The Schedule by Zapier is unavailable when I tried to pick it: I’ve tried the delay function but it didn’t work as I supposed. I want the whole process action once every 12 hours or once every day. Also, I tried to start with the Schedule by Zapier but then the Reddit app leaves me only one event option: New Link Post, which is not what I want. Could any one help me with this, please. Example:Once a payment has gone through PayPal it could be either business invoice or personal purchase orders. - I would be getting a invoice to my Gmail so I can start here.- From Gmail I have a specific labels folder for my personal receipts - And I would like those receipts to all show up on a Google sheet with the name of the Vendor, Invoice Date, and the picture or pdf of the sent Invoice or some how to check the receipt from off the Google Sheet. I have had a zap run error out due to a failed “Find Record in Airtable” step. When I try to test the relevant step in the draft I get this odd error message that I have never seen before. I have tested my Airtable account’s connection within Zapier which returned a successful result so the issue doesn’t seem to be there. I have also run a test with the Airtable API for searching the exact same record as the failed zap and that has also worked fine. Wondering if anybody would be able to shed a light on what this issue is and whether it may just be a temporary error. It may be worth noting that I have had a successful run since this error.
HiI’ve got my weekly summary task email from zapier and noticed that one specific Zap (runs once per month) used up to 295 tasks.Which is a lot.So I’m here wondering if any of you have a similar use case and how you guys limit the actions.Use case:* Woocommerce webshop* I need all orders that ordered a specifik Product variation. I’m using the woocommerce API with the built in filter on product ID:/wp-json/wc/v3/orders?status=completed,processing&after=2021-07-30T18:46:32&per_page=50&product=2111&order=descThere’s no built in filter with the API to pass through a variation ID. So I’m forced to use a loop with a condition: => Which is the reason of the many actions. If the API call returns 50 lines; each line can contain more than one product/variation which need to be filtered.Any suggestions to get the number of actions down? (I can limit the amount with the date, but currently I’m only fetching the first 50 returned lines anyway) Thanks in advance for having a look

Is it possible to do it?
I have a Webflow site, with a form. Customers fill out the form to request brochures, and those requests come through (individually) via email. However, I would like the requests to come through each day as a CSV file, containing all the form submissions in the previous 24 hours. Is this possible with Zapier? Hi,I’m trying to do that and I not able…I have a zap where new customers in Shopify are created on Google Contacts. I’d like to update google contacts when a customer is updated on shopify, with a new order, a new address, phone… Trigger: Updated Customer in Shopify Action: Find Contact in Google Contacts (?) find by email (what happens if this person made an order without email) Action: Update Contact in Google Contacts. And… that’s all… I don’t know how to continue :(
Hey there!I’m using Zapier app for Slack, it works great. In the Slack workflow firstly I show a form for a user, and then I create a Salesforce record using “Create Record with Salesforce” step according to the values the user chose. The only thing I can’t do is to somehow allow the user to choose the Record Type for the record. The builder doesn’t allow to use variables for Record Type field. If I paste the step id to the field, it just shows the error. So I wonder is it possible to set the Record Type for the record using values which user chose on the form before?Record Type populating Workflow itself

Hi, I would like to schedule a zap not for every day, but every *other* day. Is there a simple way to do this? The only similar solution I have seen is to trigger it for certain days of the week, but this is not every other day since there are 7 days a week. Also, I can imagine choosing only odd or even dates but this wouldn’t work if the 31st is followed by the 1st. Is there a way to do this seamlessly? Thank you very much.
Hello, I am trying to create a zap that will automatically take information from a candidate’s profile in Tracker (the candidate tracking software I use) and send it to an activity in Tracker. The way I figured I could do this is by using Excel. I can automatically send data from Tracker to an Excel spreadsheet by using Link2Excel. I created a report within Tracker that has all the necessary information and linked it to a new Excel spreadsheet. When I click “Refresh Data” in Excel, it updates to the current information. So the Zap is really from the Excel spreadsheet to Tracker (and thus sending data back to Tracker that was originally in Tracker, but converting into an activity.)The problem is this: when I update the spreadsheet, it does not add new rows to the bottom. It is updating all the data at once, and arranging them alphabetically.Is there a way to set up the zap so that it recognizes a new row in excel that is not at the bottom? Is there another step I can add or a different
TLDR: We have a Zap set up to trigger whenever a Pandadoc template is signed to move deal stages in HS to singed. However it is not working the past couple of days and I cannot figure out why. ATM it should work like this: Trigger = Document completed in Pandadoc Get Doc ID Update deal associated with pandadoc ID
