I have previously used Formidable with no issues on Zapier. When I was recently trying to edit the forms, I found that they were not pulling the most recent changes in Formidable. So I did a basic reconnect, and it was still not working. I then flushed cache on Wordpress, disconnected Formidable from Zapier, and attempted to re-connect it.When I attempted the reconnect, I began getting the API error code issue. I then went through ALL of the troubleshooting options advised at the Zapier/Formidable troubleshooting page suggested, with the same results. My host runs NGINX servers, and that Basic Authenticate is on by default in Privacy Mode, although I'm not sure what that entails, so I have opened a ticket with them to describe that in more detail. On NGINX servers there is no .htaccess that can be edited, but that is the only option I'm unable to troubleshoot based on the instructions that could be an issue - however there was no issue previously until I attempted the disconnect/reconne
Hello !I'm using a Zap to send an automatic message in Slack once a certain status is triggered in my Gsheet, i.e : Status which represent the status of my prospect engaged in my new outreach campaign. The problem is that this status has multiple item in my sheet but I only want to keep one item.More concretely I'm sending a message in Slack once a new campaign is launched. But one campaign means more contact in it.I just want to send one message per campaign instead of one message per new contacts enrolled in my campaign. My current filter is set on “only continue if” status = “campaign launched” … But in reality the most accurate filter would be something like “only continue if” status = “unique_count of campaign launched per company” … In the screenshot below, you can see that I get 3 messages because 3 new contacts has been enrolled in the same campaign, but I only want to keep one message.A kind of “Count_UNIQUE” filter … Any idea ?
Howdy! I’ve been having trouble with google sheets not formatting my dates correctly. It has a correct input value, but the output value does not match the input. All other columns are formatted correctly in the output, it is just the one with the date. What else is weird is that I have another branch to update a row, and when I update the date there, it formats it correctly. In both branches, the data is gotten from the same variable. What is happening here, and is there a way to get around this?
I’m trying to set up a Spotify playlist that updates with new podcast episodes from multiple RSS feeds. I’ve used this Zapier template ☝ and managed to get the RSS feeds set up, but I can’t get the second step to work (finding the track in Spotify). Anyone know which data or search query I should use to find the right podcast episode in Spotify? So far every search query I’ve tried comes back with the wrong track (or nothing at all). Not sure if it’s even possible to do this, so I’d appreciate any help 🙏
Here I’m just copy-pasting a topic from @Timo-Sparrow posted last year that hadn’t been solved yet.In response to @nicksimard in the comment of the previous post, I’ld add that the delivery_instructions field isn’t a custom field that we’ve setup (it’s located within the checkout and we can’t access the checkout.liquid file excepting for Shopify Plus accounts)Here is the post I’m referring to, thank you in advance for your help ://Hi - we are using the Shopify Premium Plugin which nicely triggeres the Zap and we are able to get all order data. Almost all. One field is missing, which is unfortunately very important. On checking out in Shopify, which “local delivery” enabled, the user (customer who buys stuff) may select “delivery” and then he gets a textfield to enter “delivery information” - e.g. “please use 3rd door to the left”. We need this field for our delivery service, but its not transmitted by the Shopify-Zap - the whole field is missing. The Shopify plugin in developed by Zapi
So I am trying to use Twilio to send a mass text message to everyone who has a number in our SQL database informing them of how much time they have worked that day so that way they can confirm or decline that time. I want to try setting it up where they can confirm their time and it will update our SQL server or if they decline their time they can state what time they clocked in and out so that way it can be sent to their supervisor. I am not sure if it’s possible to set it up where all that happens and if it gets declined the supervisor could confirm or deny on their end if that employee declines their time. We have our own SQL server that is hosted by a outside source but I already have that connected to my Zapier account as well as my Twilio. I have my SQL server as my first step so that that it can find new or updated rows, and then I have it set to find the needed data and then have Twilio send the text with that data. To simplify what I am asking:After the text is sent, if they a
According to this page - https://faq.mightynetworks.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005753603-Use-Zapier-to-Automate-Tasks-Between-Your-Mighty-Network-and-Other-Apps - it is possible to create a Zap for when a Mighty Networks member purchases or cancels a subscription plan. However, I don't see that option when trying to make a Zap.I'm trying to create subscription plans on Stripe for my courses (because Mighty Networks doesn’t offer the ability to do what I need). Classes start on September 6, but I need to be able to presell now, offer a free 1-week trial, have a specific end date for subscriptions, and prorate when there are only a few weeks left of class.(I will be teaching a total of 14 different classes for 16 weeks each and need to have weekly and monthly subscriptions, as well as 2 payments for the 8 week option and 1 payment for the 16 week option.) Again, from my conversations with Might Networks, my needs are only possible through Stripe itself. I would like to automate all of this
I have a Wufoo form I want to pipe into ClickUp - each entry as a new task. Problem is one of the key fields (Phone) does not show as a field when Zapier connects to ClickUp. All the commentary here pertains to ClickUp custom fields not being available to Zapier but that has been resolved and I get a whole section of custom fields to choose from but Phone is missing. Anyone encountered this?
I have seen other posts here for other platforms, so I add mine for Kartra. My zap triggers correctly most of the time for a tag added in Kartra, but sometimes it does not - does not give an error, and in fact does not even show in the history as having been triggered.others both before and after trigger perfectly fine. The zap is set up to Find a record in an Airtable base and update a few fields Create the record if it does not exist and populate it

I am wanting to write a web hook that searches Shutterstock for an image id and pulls that data into zapier. I mostly have this working except right now it just pulls in a generic image instead of the id I am requesting. I think I maybe should use a different query string pattern than filterByFormula, or how i am formatting the id part is wrong. I can’t seem to find documentation explaining that part. I am a coding newbie, but am eager to learn!
Hey Zap Team!I’m using Zapier to sync google calendar event to my notion. I notice that Zapier won’t handle repeated event and will hold it when it comes. I also don’t want repeated events to pollute my notion database, so I already add a filter to stop google event which contains RecurringEventId. For those held events, do I need to manually delete them? or I can just let them be there and let system auto delete them.
At the moment, I have my Google Apps script set up to run “on edit”, which works perfectly when I manually input in a specific cell in Google Sheets. But, I’m trying to setup a zap that plugs in a specific value in that cell and will trigger those functions on its own. I’m able to get the zap to input the value into the cell but the functions aren’t getting triggered. I know “on edit” only works with user input so I was wondering what the workaround is for this so that the machine input can trigger the functions. Any help is appreciated!
This may be a pretty basic question, but I am running into an issue with the way information is formatted from an app source. I need to use the “value” of the “name” for a specific custom field. My issue is when I attempt to find the specific value of “Invoice Date for Billing / Billing Info...etc, it only allows me to select the “values” of all of the customer fields, with them separated by columns. Is there any way in zapier to pull the specific value for one of the custome fields? There are around 15 custom fields.
Hello, I would like to transfer the tracking number listed here : When I change the status of the Tracking Update field. So far I have only managed to update the latest Woocommerce order. This means that every time I change the status of the Update Tracking field, it is always the same order that updates and not the corresponding one on Monday. Here are the blocks I used: Anytime a specific column value changed in board is created in monday.com > Find order in WooCommerce > Update order in WooCommercehttps://zapier.com/shared/mondaycom-to-woocommerce-woocommerce/c930da5a8e0df91cd3493835b7dfd387db37085b Could someone give me a little help? 🙂
Hi all,I would like to update a zapier short URL with a new destination URL. I have a workflow set up where I send an email to a zapier email address, and the body of that email gets sent to zapier’s URL shortener. However, I would like the same shortened URL to be updated with the URL in the email body. Currently, zapier creates a new short URL for each new email. Any thoughts on how I can achieve this? Many thanks...

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.I am working on a zap to create a Google Calendar from Google Sheet. The problem is, the time that is read by zap (and shows on the Calender) always changes from AM to PM and vice versa. You can see from the screenshots (ss), my data is 8:00 AM (start time), the program read it as 8:00AM at first but after a few seconds it changes to 8:00PM?! super confusedI’ve tried updating the timezone on my zapier account, but it didn’t change anything Can anyone help me find what is wrong and how to solve this?Thank you so much Note:1. The first ss shows the data read by the program when I first clicked "Retest & review"2. The second ss shows the data that automatically changes after a few seconds3. The third ss shows how the data is read from the "Set up action"
