Not all Facebook Leads firing Zaps?
I just noticed that I have more leads in Facebook’s lead center than have been Zaped (SMS & CRM). This week the delta is 280 total leads and only 180 of them triggered a Zap. I have audited the leads and the missing ones are legit and complete. Any idea why Zapier might be randomly skipping leads on Facebook?
How to add an attachment to a gmail message?
Hi, I have a zap that collects data from a webhook and creates a new row in a google sheet.Then I need to send a copy of that google sheet to an email recipient.The email is sending correctly but the attachment (google sheet) has no name and no file extension (see attached). Please, does anyone know how do I attach the file so that I can download it and open it?Thank you
How do I upload photos to JotNimbus from magicplan?
I am completely new to website/app integrations. We are a Water Damage Repair Company and I am attempting to integrate an app called MagicPlan that takes photos of damage and then upload them into JobNimbus straight into the clients individual file that will then go to Dropbox for our Estimate employee to process. I got the second half of JobNimbus to Dropbox. However, getting the photos from MagicPlan to JobNimbus just doesn’t seem to track. I don’t know if anyone here can help me but I have tried running at least 20 different combination of Zaps and I am just not getting it.
Hi -- the question posed before was if Zapier can upsert (insert/update) a record to Salesforce. In response, the answer was “use the find/create record” action in the Zap -- but that only creates a new record or uses an existing one. It does not update an existing record, and is therefore not an upsert.Anyone got ideas on how to work around that?Thanks,-Dave
Submittable to Jira by Integrating Zapier
Hello, I looked around multiple places to find any documentations or any help that I can get to resolve my concern but found none and hence I am looking to get some help here. Currently my company uses Submittable for creating multiple projects and tracking them but due to the limitations as its getting really difficult to manage the tool and I am looking to automate the flow a little by moving everything into Jira. Can someone please me with what steps can I take and if there is any documentations on the limitations of the connection as well as if there are any examples of previous connections that were built.
Not seeing all triggers for ConnectWise Manage/Monday.com zaps
Hey all.I apologize if this comes off as a super noobish question but I seem to have hit a wall here and extensive searching of the support articles hasn’t borne fruit for me.My company uses ConnectWise Manage and Monday.com and I’ve been tasked with using Zapier to get them sharing information when certain things on done with projects. I’ve created a couple of basic Zaps already that seem to be working well but I can’t seem to add a number of the triggers (particularly polling ones) that are advertised as available.Example: If you look on https://zapier.com/apps/connectwise-manage/integrations/monday, you’ll see that one of the available triggers is Delete Item. However, that option (and many others) are not available to select when building a Zap. I only have a small number in fact:The small number of Monday.com triggers available to me.A similar dearth of options beyond what’s supposed to be available exists for ConnectWise as well. New or Updated Row in MySQL doesn't work
I’m using New or Updated Row in MySQL as my trigger.Setup works fine and the trigger able to detect test data. The action is to Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets.The action for this also working.However when I ran the zaps, and create a new record in the table, the zap will not fetch the new record. The above is a simplified zaps that I’ve created as my more complex zaps with the same trigger doesn’t work.
Youcanbook.me appointment to edit deal in pipedrive
Hi, I have recently tried to make a Zap that works as follows. youcanbook.me appointment made Edit existing deal in pipedrive using the data from the youcanbook.me appointment. The first section of youcanbook.me is correct, its the bit where I want the new booking to trigger an edit of an existing deal. I am struggling to work out how to locate individual deals based on the name of the client from the youcanbook.me appointment. When I go to test the above, it says Deal not found, despite the fact I have put test deals in place to try work this out. Any help would be appreciated!
Everything is fine but we receive "Zap Could Not Be Switched On"
Our hook triggers are no longer working, Although every test works fine, when we try to turn on the zap, it disables in approximately 1 second and when we refresh the page it automatically deactivates. And I receive email as:“Unfortunately your Zap could not be switched on. Please try enabling it again, and if you still experience issues, get help. Thanks,The Zapier Team”The problem is we do not change anything with our zaps but the same zaps not working for 15 days (Possible problem is we do not receive bundle.targetUrl)How can I solve this issue
Updating/Creating records in custom entities in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Hi there,I’m trying to figure out if I can use Zapier to update or create records in custom entities or fields in our Dynamics 365 CRM. I’ve been tasked with investigating this as we have many different Zaps we need to create using Dynamics, but at the moment it doesn’t look like they will be possible as we can’t update specific custom entities as most of the ones we use we have built ourselves. I hope I’m wrong, so please let me know if there’s any way we can do this. I’m aware of the ongoing issue when connecting Dynamics accounts to Zapier as I also can’t connect, so I’m not sure if it might let me change custom entities after all, once my account is successfully connected?If this isn’t currently a feature, do you think it could be added in the near future?Many thanks in advance for your help
Shopify and Square integration
Hello! I’m currently in the process of migrating my POS from Shopify to Square. We’re keeping the e-commerce side of things with Shopify though as it links to another 3rd party software that doesn’t link to link to square. Is it possible to set up a zap so every order taken via Square is duplicated into Shopify, but marked as fulfilled and paid for? I’ve tried to start one but every time I place an order through square it creates a set template of an order in Shopify. Many thanks in advance for your help! Cheers,Reg
Shopify to Google Sheet Questions
Hello, I am currently using a Zap that outputs data when a Shopify order is placed to a Google Sheet by line item based on the number of products ordered. I had 2 main questions regarding the automation for things I was looking to do.1. The zap outputs the order number, customer name, date, email address, and state for each order. If the order contains multiple products, the zap will repeat the above mentioned fields for each line item in the order. I was wondering if it would be possible to only have those fields output on the first row and stay blank for the subsequent rows for the rest of the order’s line items. 2. I am using Bold Product Options as some of the products I have offer too many variants beyond the number that Shopify as able to support. As a result, if an order is placed that has the Product Options, it will give each option its own line item as if it were a separate product. Is there a way for the Zap to detect if the order contains such options and then combine both
Lookup from Google Sheets table?
How do I lookup a value in a google sheets table and return a corresponding value which can then be pushed to an app. Specifically, I am pulling data from mailparser. I want zapier to lookup a value in a google sheets table (or any other app where I can store a table), find the adjacent normalized value and return this, which will then go to Pipedrive. I can’t figure out how to do. Would love some guidance. Thank you.
Keeping Airtable up-to-date
This seems like it would be a simple task, but I can’t logic how to make it work.We use Google Forms for a program sign-up. That goes to Sheets, and we have a zap that takes the info from Sheets and creates a record in AirTable. Works great.But now I want our participants to be able to update some of their info. It seems like this could be done via an AirTable form. But - we don’t want it to create a new record - as we have lots of notes fields now attached to their original record. Do we create a Zap back to Sheets? It appears AirTable doesn’t have this functionality (to update a record) within their own platform, and they suggest a multi-step Zap. But that info doesn’t translate to what I’m trying to do.Is there a simple solution to this??

Hi I have read all IMG URL posts in this forum but haven’t found a solution for that works for me. I run a Sharetribe GO market place (only a Sharetribe FLEX is available as app) so I need to pick the data via RSS feed when a new listing is posted. Our organization uses Google Workspace for email, and we are setting up a new Google Group in order to have an email address for external support requests. To make it tangible, imagine we are creating the Group with the email address:firstname.lastname@example.orgWhen a new inbound email is sent to this address, I want the Zap to automatically create a Jira issue in a specific project board. In other words, I want the trigger to be a new email thread in the specified inbox in Google Groups. I had no issue connecting my Google Group account (I am a Workspace admin) but unfortunately I can’t seem to get the trigger configuration to work. I keep getting the error message below (even after clearing browser cache, logging in again, etc.). After doing a bit more research I think the issue is that Zaps cannot be triggered by an event in Google Groups; Zaps can only do some task within a Group (e.g. add a member) in response to an external trigger. Every time we connect our Arlo account to Zapier we get a “this account has expired” error despite the fact all permissions have been given to Zapier to access our Arlo account. We were wondering how we could fix this issue as we have tried all alternatives and tested numerous different methods and still have been unsuccessful. Would greatly appreciate if anyone could give any tips and advice on what to do to fix this.

Enabling more ticket fields for FreshDesk action
Currently, the FreshDesk Zap provides access to Subject, Email, Type, Description, Priority and CC emails.It’s lacking Tags, Group, Product and Status.Without Group and Product, the resulting new ticket from using the “Create Ticket” action is hidden from my team because it hasn’t been assigned a Group or Product.This could be done by adding additional Automations inside of FreshDesk, but this will add complexity to our existing Automations. What are the options available? Are there plans to enable these ticket fields to show up inside of Zapier? Or would this be custom work in order to write a new Zap or FreshDesk action? Thanks!
Combine information from two forms
I have two forms. First form, customer fills out data. On the 2nd form, company fills out data.I have created the zap from form one to go to google spreadsheet, each form has a unique id. My issue is that I need to have the first sheet updated on the same row with the additional content. In Form 2, I have added a field dynamically populated from Form 1 so I can match them up.I was going to use the lookup field, but it appears to want a set value whereas I need it to be based on the Unique ID from form 1 matching unique id from form 2. Any Ideas?
Connectwise / Pipedrive - Fake 2 Way Sync
Good Morning I’m hoping someone can help with the following integration i’m looking to implement. Essentially, we use Connectwise Manage as our main CRM, however we are now using Pipedrive to manage our Sales engagements. What we are looking to achieve is to mirror the contacts and organisation details in both CRM’s by faking a two way sync. Some scenarios: If a contact or company is created in pipedrive, create it in Connectwise, but find if the company or contact exists first, then create them if not already there. If a contact or organisation is created in Connectwise, create the records in Pipedrive, and allow for a search first to ensure no duplicates. And for any updated record in either CRM to then be reflected in the other CRM.Is there a simple way this can be achieved in the smallest amount of steps? ThanksChris
