Hello! This is my first post here, and I’d appreciate all help I can get :)I have set up a zap for creating cards in Trello based on a Pipedrive filter. The filter could be a certain stage + other attributes on the Pipedrive card.When a Pipedrive card is moved from Stage A to B, a card is created in Trello. So far so good. But sometimes we move cards back in Pipedrive, from B to A, and then back again to B. When this happens, a Trello card is not created. But I want it to be created, even if it’s a “duplicate”. I haven’t found any settings for this on the zap.Do any of you have any experience of a similar setup and know if there’s a solution to my problem? Thanks!Peter
Hi to all, I have a sudden error with my automation. Baisley, what it does is it passes the details of the lead that has signed up on my website from Mailchimp to monday.com.In the last 24 hours or so, I had a troubleshooting error with it, And the problem is with the Phone field that doesn't pass. The formatting looks good, and I tried a couple of formatting methods, read and followed the formatting page at monday.com website, and had no luck with them. If I choose another column type, like text or a long test column. It works.It's important to note that the automation worked flawlessly for weeks and months! added some screenshots below. I’m trying to setup a zap from LiveChat to Teams now, while I can get the zap to post in the channel I’d like it to tag the channel to force a pop-up notification.I’ve tried variations of the <at>jane-doe-user-id</at> syntax mentioned elsewhere for tagging individuals, such as Channel name : “Live Chat”Created tag group : “support” <at>live-chat-channel-id</at> <at>support</at><at>support-user-id</at><at>@channel</at> etc… but nothing seems to work. I can’t seem to find any other suggested syntax for tagging the channel or the team. Any suggestions? Thank you
Hi!We had a zap that would transfer task info upon update on ClickUp to Google Sheets. It was working normally until the 20th of Oct, but it`s stopped since. It only works when testing it.I have checked the connections, checked the fields and the criteria and all seems ok.What may be causing this not to work?
Hello , At our company we use Asana , we have a form that people use and we receive the ticket , we are trying to implement when getting the ticket with a specific subject to be sent to another project in Asana . Have tried 4. Add Task to Section of Project in Asana but for some reason it takes all the tickets that are opened and not with the specific subject
Hi,Zapier claims to be able to do this. However, when attempting to set this up, it is trying to force me to select a specific channel.My trigger should just be anytime a private message is sent to me (from anyone on my team). I’m able to set this as the event (see screenshot), but then going further down to the trigger, it’s wanting me to select a specific channel (see second screenshot) rather than just open-ended any message I receive.
I would like to email a page from OneNote on a regular basis.I see how to trigger an email when a OneNote page is edited or added, and I see how to regularly schedule an email. Is there a way to regularly send an email containing the contents of a specific OneNote page, whether or not the page has been updated?
Hello folks, I have a ZAP that I want to trigger when a checkbox is ticked in a column.I currently have it set up to trigger when a column is updated, and all the cells in that column (where there are rows that contain data) have an empty checkbox in them by default. The problem is, it appears never to actually trigger this first step. I do have a filter set up for step 2 as shown here:But the ZAP never gets started. When I tick the checkbox in the spreadsheet, I expect Zapier to understand that as an Updated Row from Sheets. But it is not even starting the first step, so there’s no history to investigate.Why wouldn’t ticking the checkbox in the assigned column result in a trigger?

Hi Community,I’m having trouble with a simple Jotform Zap.The data that the user enters into Jotform is not coming through into the Zap fields. Attached is a screen shot of the Jotform and the Zap.Basically I just want the numbers that the user inputs for each flavour to come through. I’m sure this is something obvious that I just can’t figure out!Appreciate anyones help :)
I'm trying to go from Typeform integration with Google Drive to HubSpot Forms and MS OneDrive. We have companies that apply for funding at our website currently at https://www.veteranventures.us/fundapplication which generates a folder in Google Drive and loads all the responses (including attachments) in a generated folder upon submission -- all of this is done via Typeform integrated with Google Drive through Zapier. Our firm has migrated away from Google and into Microsoft, and we've been using HubSpot for years. SO what I'd like to do is use HubSpot Forms to generate the same questions (see sample at www.veteranventures.com/test-application-form), this would in turn 1) create a folder with OneDrive, 2) generate a word doc with the form responses and put it in the folder, and 3) automatically save attachments from the form into the newly-created folder. I'm pretty sure these events would have to be done via Zapier, but I'm looking to if its possible -- can someone help?
I would love to have my tiktok videos auto send to my social media team to manage cross posting for me but I’m not seeing an easy solution here. Even setting RSS feeds seem to be complex with TikTok. Anyone triggering based on new tiktok content?

Hi Everyone Did some research, but could not find any functionality in zappier that would trigger action once someone replied to my email. At the moment I have automation which will send the email once certain tag is added to the task in the Asana. What I want to do next is to mark Asana task is ready once I receive a reply to that specific email. Please can you let me know if i can set any action/zaps once I receive reply to the automated email that i have created. Thank you
Hi All, we are a charity ( GOAL Global) based in Ireland. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is connected via Zapier to our Facebook Lead forms. However we no longer have access to this Zapier account and want to remove this integration so to set up a new Zapier account. Facebook cant help and I cannot remove the integration in Facebook. I am trying to create an automation which would use the information in a google sheet (which is populated by my website) to create a new item in my Monday.com board. I successfully did this for one tab of my google sheet but cannot get it to work for the second tab. The error keeps coming back: the app returned "store.monday.automation.error.missing_group". Any advice?
Hi all, I have been having issues with streamlining our receipts process with a form in formstack. I have integrated google drive directly with formstack, however, the options for naming the file are limited and wonky. I was using Wufoo previously, and could easily have the attachments go into the designated folder for the designated project. However, with formstack, only a download link is supplied. So I now have the attachments going into a folder to house them, with the hopes of moving them into the correct folders. But, with the names coming in the way they are, Zapier isn’t able to find them. For instance, If I submit a receipt on my form for 123 Main St, Atlanta, GA 30315.Formstack will convert the name to 123MainStAtlantaGA30315 in Google Drive. And with that, Zapier has nothing to be able to search for to properly move the file into the correct folder for the project. Any ideas or tips?
Hi everyone, I need some guidance or help for an issue we got. when setting up a zap to create ticket in Jira after a Google form was filled inwe wanted to set the reporter to be “Zappier_bot” - which is a legit jira user with all the permissions needed. But when we try to set this field in Zappier it shows the users only to letter “T” and no more … we need Z.Has anyone bumped into such issue? What shall we do next? For now we have set the reporter to be Jira admin - me, but we would like to be able to set the zappier_bot user. It worked in our previous zapp that we just moved from one zappier user to this one. I have attempted to update an already existing zap as I needed to change the spreadsheet owner it looked at. Now I can’t seem to get it to work again and hoping someone can advise. My Zap steps are:Trigger 1 - New form submission in HubspotAction 2 - Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets (using email address as identifier)Action 3 - Update Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets The error is showing in Action 3 only with every other part working ok. The error is:Failed to create a spreadsheet row in Google SheetsThere was an error writing to your Google sheet. Unable to parse range: 'Sheet1'!True:True This is what I have used for the row to know which one to update: Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
Hi there, I use the “New Email Matching Search In Gmail” feature to filter out specific emails I use for a Zap. Now I’d like to add an additional filter criterion to make sure that only emails go through that do NOT contain a label. I wonder how I write this. My Search String looks like this so far:in:inbox from:firstname.lastname@example.org AND subject:example AND "text1 in email" AND "text2 in email" So my question is: how would I amend this Search String to also make sure that the email does not contain a label? Is it something like “AND no label”? All help is appreciated! Friendly,Mathias
Hi - I’d like to set up a Zap that downloads a csv file daily from a url directly into a drive folder. Is this possible to do? I want it to happen without my laptop needing to be on - so no downloads to my hard drive.The file is quite large (just under 1 mb) so importing it as a csv file seems to be off the books.I have Google workspace. Would ideally be able to do it only using free steps.TIA!
