BrightHR to Salesforce Leave request integration

Hi, 

 

when Integrating from Source App BrightHR to Salesforce, event options I see are like - when my leave request is approved, or when I have a leave request to approve. (See screenshot) 

If I want to integrate (automate leave flow from BrightHR) my BrightHR instance to Salesforce I am interested in any absense request not just in only my User’s absense record. Is it doable ? Is my user missing record access on Bright HR side ?

Before we dive deeper into this, could you please confirm if you have the correct permissions in your BrightHR app as mentioned in their FAQ? If so, does the Zap still not pull the request within your team?
