How do you send a reminder email 30 min before a meeting?

The meeting details, date and time, comes from our trigger, a booking page.

This is my “flow” so far, I’m on step 4.

I don’t get how the “until in Delay” works, if you want to send an email - before - a meeting.
Nor if that’s what I should use.

So - how do you do it?

Hi there @C needs help,

It looks like you’re on the right track here. You can use the “Delay Until” function, and you can add a “-30m” which is equivalent to -30 minutes after the mapped data in the “Date/Time Delayed Until” field. Like so:

Hopefully, this helps! 😊

Hi @C needs help

Good question.

If the events are being synced to GCal, then you can use this Zap trigger: GCal - Event Start
