Hi, I have a form with checkboxes. I also tried downdown list but the answer will be the same one of them selected. Say 3 checkboxes.Next I want to fill a PDF, and select the same checkbox from the form on the PDF.I thought of using zapier formatter, transform or utilities etc. but can’t figure how to say if checkbox 1 on the google form is selected, set YES to the checkbox A on the PDF etc. Basically mirror the checkbox selection from the form on the PDF.

I'm getting an error message about not having a location when creating a post in Google My Business.
I am trying to complete a zap from Facebook pages to Google My Business. For any new post in Facebook pages, create a post in GMB. But I keep getting an error message about not having a location. There is no choice for a location. What should be put in the step location? What can I do to continue?
I’ve setup up the template “Create ClickUp tasks from Google Calendar events”, I’ve selected the calendar, ClickUp account and filled out all required fields. When I test it I get a 502 error. When I click “Troubleshoot error” I get a guide that says “Status Code 400 Bad Request” note from the guide, which doesn’t seem to apply to the problem. Also, is there any way to pass a space and folder value from the calendar event, rather than preselecting it in the Zap? Otherwise it can only create an event in a predetermined folder and space.Any help is appreciated.
Omg I messed the the title and can’t change it now - it’s discord PINGS have stopped workingI’ve been using Zapier to send notifications to my Discord server for I think over a year now, and I use @here and @everyone tags to get everyones attention. In the last while, the notifications have stopped pinging people. The tag still shows it like it has tagged everyone, but it’s not highlighted and it’s not making a noise for anyone: I’ve tried checking permissions and checking the tips for formatting, but everything seems to be as it should be? The bot has premission ot @ mention everyone, so I’m not sure what the issue is. I feel like something must have changed with either discord or zapier in the past few months for this to stop.Some screenshots of my integration:

How do I create a Zap so that when someone is tagged in Mailchimp (they’ve bought a course) I can add a specific date of my choosing (course start date) to a date field in Mailchimp?This would then trigger an automation so that people get sent emails about the course based on the course date rather than when they bought it!If anyone knows how to set that up in mC too that would be great! I have multiple zaps running for a Facebook lead form with additional questions add (such as “tell us more about your work experience”) I experiences multiple times that not all the fields are synced when I pull a test lead. Therefore I can not create a zap with all the information in the lead form… It shows me most of the fields, but often 1 field is missing…. I tried waiting a couple days to pull a new lead, and it does pull a new test lead, however still missing that field. The other questions are display, except 1…What to do?
Goodmorning! Recently started using Zapier for automating our workflows; already love all the possibilities it gives and the time it saves us 🙂 Using it has been really straightforward, however now I'm encountering a small hiccup I can't seem to fix on my own. What I try to do: After an event ends in Google Calendar, I want to send an email only to certain attendees of the Google Calendar event. So, I want to filter who to send emails to (e.g. only people whose mail adres ends with @thetalentinstitute.nl. That way our external trainers, who are also invited to the Calendar event, will not be bothered with our mails). I already tried the filter function and the Formatter tool, but can't seem to get the right result. Hope you guys can help me out!
I there!I would like to create an invoice in Stripe when an order is created in Woocommerce. But it looks like Stripe doesn’t support the currency field from WooCommerce. Shouldn’t it work with Metadata? We take orders in multiple currencies, so we cannot use the default currency of our stripe account.Looking forward to your input. Kind Regards,Chris
Hi, I’m trying to complete a workflow, and I’m not sure if this is possible with the help of Zapier.I’m trying to create a “confirm order code” to continue. There needs to be a few steps; Customer scans QR code that they receive either on a physical voucher or email Opens up an “Onboarding Form” on Jotform URL within the QR code I need to look up the order code on a “Database of Sales” (Google Sheets), if the code matches, continue If it doesn’t match, error code shows I then need the form to look up the completed entries of the “Onboarding Form” (Google Sheets) to check that the code hasn’t been claimed already If it can’t find the code, continue, if it does, error code shows If the code matches and the code hasn’t been claimed, I’d then like the “Onboarding Form” to be pre-filled using the entry from the “Database of Sales” which I know how to do with shortening of the URL with Zapier Is this possible? Open to suggestion of other apps if there is something I’m missing!

I have ran into a problem.I have created a zap between Clickfunnels to mailerlite I wanted this Zap to send whoever contact (not only to the new contact) my lead magnet.An “old contact” within my clickfunnel have requested this new lead magnet.I see her request within C/FThen, the email is not getting past Zap cause she ain’t a “new contact activity”I have tested aother and same problem. The point is: if they want the LM they will search throught their email and I have more chance of beeing whitelisted for the following workflow. The problem come (I think) from the drop down choice when creating a zap: new contact activity new purchase choice #3 (not relevant at this point)I would like “new AND old contact activity” to get my lead magnet. am I doing something wrong?Did anyone ever ran into this kind of problem? thanks! 😊
I have a simple goal: I want to turn on a busylight device (basically an LED light) when a new email is received to signal people to check the computer for the new email.For that, I have a simple Zap connecting to my Office 365 account and triggering an email event on “New Email”. The event is processed via Luxafor which turns on busylight to Red Color. With that, the Busylight turns red when a new email is received. So far so good. But obviously I want it to change color (i.e. switch to no color) again when the email is read. This is where I’m stuck. I don’t find a way to send an event for “when all new emails have been read” or similar.The only solution I found so far is to only flash the light for some seconds when a new email is received and then stop flashing but it’s not really what I want because potentially people miss the flashing event.Am I missing something or is this impossible?
The CRM I use is called Total Expert. On the Total Expert site, they provide instructions on how to integrate the two, but when I look in the Zap Apps, Total Expert is not available. Im wondering how to connect these and also trying to figure out why it appears to be available on the Total Expert side, but is not in the Zapier list of apps?Thanks!
So, I am having trouble creating a folder structure in OneDrive I think I need to know what ID to use for the subfolder that I am creating. Please see the below scenario. Email w/ new attachment comes into gmail The next step is finding a folder in onedrive if it does not exist create. parent folder is candidate and the folder it is looking for is fghij (this works great I can create this folder every time) Create a subfolder named 01234 for the parent folder I am using the custom field “parent reference ID” and the name of the folder I am using 01234The error I am getting is “The app returned "Resource not found for the segment 'root:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'.".”From the research I have done I definitely need to use an ID on the third step because the folder in step 2 does not exist until the zap runs and there is no way to specify this folder.Please let me know if you need more information.Thanks!
I have a 2 step form in my application. I created 2 webhooks first one is called when user fill step 1 form. My web hook creates a folder and inside the created folder it creates a google document and add the data user filled on step 1.When user fill the data in step 2 I am initiating webhook 2 which find the folder and under that folder, I want to append the data of step 2 in the document which was created in step 1. But every time I am getting “File not found error”. However I am able to create separate file in same folder for step 2 data.
I currently have a Zapier free account. I have a successful Zap between a google account (G1) and an office 365 account (O1). My zap executes when a calendar event is created in G1 and then creates an event in calendar for account O1.What I want to do is the same idea, between O1 to another Office 365 account (O2), i.e when an event is detected in calendar of account O1, I want an event created in Office 365 account O2.However, I cannot seem to connect Zapier to the O2 account. When I build the Zap workflow, in step 2 and try to connect to the O2 account (type in a valid O365 account name (firstname.lastname@example.org), Zapier just connects to my O365 O1 account and I see a 2nd active connection.Is this a limitation of the free plan or a limitation of Zapier? Not seeing any thing in help documentation.Thanks in advance!
Hi There, I am trying to set up a zap that creates deals in Hubspot from rows in Airtable. My question is - is there any way to have the deals go into different pipelines? For example, if I have an inbound who is an enterprise client and another inbound who is a start-up can I have one row trigger to build a deal in the enterprise pipeline and another trigger to build a deal in a start-up pipeline? does anyone know how to properly set this up? Hi all,I’m facing a problem where I want Zapier to go through this flow:AirTable record modified Filtered by Status: Pending Payment Search for existing customer in AT Create a new customer profile on ChargeBee if the above is false Create a new subscription on ChargeBee Here is where my problem lies, ChargeBee receives the information and creates a customer.But when it attempts to create a new subscription on ChargeBee, it tells me that the Customer ID already exists.I am using ChargeBee 2.0, so it is supposed to find an existing customer to create a subscription to tag onto.This is a problem for me because the same Lead can have multiple subscriptions.Help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you
I have a Webflow site, with a form. Customers fill out the form to request brochures, and those requests come through (individually) via email. However, I would like the requests to come through each day as a CSV file, containing all the form submissions in the previous 24 hours. Is this possible with Zapier? If so, what would be the best way to achieve this. Many thanks ~ G
Sad to see that after 2 years, no apparent progress has been made on this: The “Google Drive - Add File Sharing Preference” action still does not allow setting permissions for specific users.Can’t do an API call using “Custom Request in Webhooks” either because it only supports basic auth, but Google Drive requires OAuth.Why has nothing been done to address this in 2 years?Does anyone know of a workaround that isn’t a nightmare to setup & maintain?
