How can I use a different row as column header for Google Sheets?

My Google worksheet looks like

 

Row $8 is used as header of the table and thus want this row to be used as column in the Zapier action.

However, I only see the first row value as the column header

 

Is it possible to use a different row as column header in zapier?

Good question.

GSheets need to be formatted in a specific way to be used in Zaps.
