I have been using Zapier for a couple of months now and everything is working well. I want to take the process to the next level. Current Process:MANAULLY create a Zoom Webinar in ZOOM account (ie., Webinar “A”). MANUALLY create a ZAP to will take all Webinar “A” registrants and add (or update) their registration info in our existing MailChimp Audience account.New Process:Is there a way to automate Step 2? Therefore, I go into my ZOOM Acount, create the new webinar only. After the Zoom activity, Zapier autmaotially recognizes the new webinar and continues to monitor for registrations like all the other webinars. The problem I face is that I cannot figure out how to get Zapier to automatically recognize the addition of any new webinars automatically. Since I am new to Zapier, maybe someone else figured out how to do this. Thank you in advance!
I am trying to use Formatter>Text>Split Text to split a single field into multiple columns. This works currently with a comma set as the delimiter but later when I tested the parsing with a field with a comma in it, it split that one field into two separate columns in error. Here’s what the originating data looks like when I click to select it in Zapier:And here’s what the output looks using only a comma as the delimiter, once it has been sent to a Google sheet: You can see that the first row of data came over fine but on the second one I filled out the form with a comma in the first two fields (in the source program) and when Zapier captured it then processed in “Split Text”, it split the fields at that comma, resulting in 4 columns where there should only be 2, pushing the rest out to the right. Is there any way to split this out more accurately with a better delimiter or a different function besides Split Text? I tried splitting by “],[“ and also “,” and ‘”,”’ but all of these
Hello everyone. I had zaps running with Catch Hooks getting data from an automation program which pushed data and then Zapier processed that into Trello. But I had those webhooks running during my 14 days trial and forgot to purchase the premium license when it ended (which caused the zaps to shut down). Question is: if I purchase the premium license now and reactivate the zap will it be able to get all the data that was pushed during the time the zap was deactivated? Thank you.
Hi, I was recommended by Pipedrive support to contact you about automice invoice information into deals in Pipedrive. My problem: I register a lot of deals in Pipedrive every week. A lot of them are connected to the same customer. My Finance department needs the invoice information for evry dela, to make the invoice. They take this information from Pipedrive manually, and send the invoice to the customer. The problem is that the invoice information doesn't automatically follows from deal to deal for the same customers/accounts, which means if I get 100 sales from one customer in one monte, i need to write in the invoice information 100 (!!) times, the same month! There must be a solution for this? To make Pipedrive fill out this type of information for me automatically, on delas that I already have written in the address so many times before!? We talked about this with Pipedrive, and they dident have a solution, but said that you might have? I so hope that you can help me. Because all

Hi, I’m fairly new to all this. I’m a record store owner. Used ECWID for about 12 months now, love it. Heard about Zapier not long after and started using it to help streamline the shipping of my items (in an indirect way) but it still saves me 3-4 hours a week. So I could see the value in it and am now a paying Zapier user for some months now. I have decided to change from MYOB accounting to Xero, this is in part to the Zapier integration, but there are several other reasons, basically I outgrew it.So being new to Xero and a relative novice in Zapier I sat down to integrate Ecwid to Xero. It connected fine, the integration worked. Kinda!So in my example there were 2 items ordered. One item $40 and a 2nd item $42 and the customer selected Express Post which as it weighs over 500g is $16. Total $98The line items for the products worked fine, but “Shipping” line hasn’t come through. So the invoice has come through at $82, not $98. I’ve tried a few things with some fairly weird results.
Hi there. I am wanting to use Zapier to create an asset on Frame.io. However, the project I would like to create the asset in is located in a team I am only a collaborator on and not a team member or owner. Is it possible to create assets in this scenario? I am able to create assets in my own projects on my personal account, but not in any projects I am a collaborator on in the other team space.
Hi there, There is a native API existing between Google Calendar and Zoom (i.e. create a Zoom meeting right from your Google Calendar and it is added to your Zoom account and all meeting details come through). I am trying to create a separate Zap/automation event where the trigger is a new event (meeting/webinar etc.) created on the Zoom platform triggers a calendar event to be scheduled on a specified Google Calendar. Core issue I’m running into is the following. Zoom utilizes Start Time and Duration whereas Google Cal uses Start Time and End Time. How might I be able to reformat/convert the Start Time and Duration details coming from Zoom into and End Time for the New Event addition step in Google Calendar? I’m very much a novice here so I hope that this all makes sense. Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.

New Zapper here (and unfortunately not a developer )I am wondering if anyone in the community has ever built/used a Zap with a calendar app to allow a web visitor to submit and schedule a (rental) request?I am thinking that I would need to have a sep calendar for each rental item (say a car), which would show if/when it is available, and allow a user to request to rent it for a chosen period (e.g. 1 day).I am not married to any specific calendar app, and am exploring Acuity and Calendly, not sure if there might be better choices, or if Google Calendar might even work for this.TYIA!
I have several Acuity appointment types that are basically the same appointment with different timespans. I want anyone who books one of those appointments to end up with the same tag in ConvertKit.Is there any way to do this with one conditional Zap (it’s not obvious if there’s an “or” option) or do I really have to set up a zap for each appointment type. That’s super tedious.
Hello!I´m having difficulties achieving the automation I want.This is the scenario: I have a google sheets document. One of the sheets are updated hourly with Pipeline API. The data I´m importing is always just a total amount accumulated over time. What I want is to divide this amount in weekly amount accumulated. So I want to know what the total was in each week. I don´t want to know how much the total increased each week, but how much the total was accumulated in each particular week. So say it´s 4 this week and next week it gains 2, then I want the row for next week to show 6 and this week to still show 4. Now I have my sheets document set up like this:Week Number Amount=isoweeknum(today) “Link to the cell in the sheet that is automatically imported” So what I want to do with Zapier is: Every monday at 2 am replace the formula in the bottom row with the actual data. I am trying to set a Zap for if a file is added to a OneDrive folder the file is uploaded to Frame.io. I have been able to get the zap to seemingly create an asset in Frame.io but the asset is empty. I am using the “download url” in the File field. Does anyone have any insight or experience with OneDrive and Frame.io integration?
Hello everyone,I wanted to get an idea of what everyone else is doing out there in regards to utilizing a solid database. Right now, we use a lot of Google Sheets. Obviously this is not the optimal database source and we’ve been hitting issues since various sheets are getting big. We have looked into Airtable, but we’re also recently started utilizing Bubble.io. I know they offer a database of some sorts and wanted to know if anyone has used them as a database source or have found/use a reasonably cost effective source? Any input is greatly appreciated!

So we’re trying to set up a zap that triggers when someone completes a form on instapage which should send add that person to a subscriber list in Klaviyo. For context, we have two potential forms that can be filled out with different parameters - essentially a ‘true’ or ‘false’ depending on which button you pressed (and subsequently which form you filled in). When testing to send a sub to Klaviyo, I’m met with the error The subscriber could not be sent to Klaviyo.Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE html> Does anyone know why this is or how to solve? Thanks!
Hello I want to create a Zap that will update a google calendar event when a customer paid an invoice (essentially to change the summery to include the word Paid)To make this post short ….I used the find event to locate the event I wish to change - All goodThan i used another stage - Update event and use the found event as the search key The error message I get is “The app returned "Not Found". How can the find event be successful and the subsequent update fail due to not finding the SAME event(by the way the reason I added the find event stage was just as QC stage to see that the correct event was being found) Any ideas?Thanks!
