This is one of my first zap I created and every so often I get this message from various user I have.   Each of my user have been assigned an extension.  The zap is to phone recording...I can’t seem to get help support and I believe I have it right but not sure as the error is random.  Sometimes it can be to Ext 107 or 103 and so forth.   I am having the recording saved in Onedrive if that helps.
