I’ve got what is seemingly a super simple Zap set up but it just won’t connect the right information and I can’t seem to make it add up. Your help would be greatly appeciated.
I have a contacts name, email, and company name coming in to a survey tool called ScoreApp. I’m using their submission as a trigger in zapier to create a Deal in my CRM software; Pipedrive.
The ‘Deal’ gets created. The ‘Person’ gets created. But no matter what I try to change, the ‘Person’ will not automatically sync/connect with the ‘Deal’ in Pipedrive.
I’ve tried using the Person section in the Deal to call from both the first name and the email but neither is making the connection.
What am I doing wrong?
