Facebook Pages - page not selectable despite working connection

Dear Zapier community,

 

I have a professional FB account linked to my Zapier account. This FB account owns two FB pages.

 

Since yesterday, posting on the page in question has stopped working. As a result, I deleted the Zap and tried to recreate it. However, whenever I try to select the proper FB page while creating a new Zap, only the other page (the one I don’t want to select) shows up as available for selection. The other one is not selectable at all.

 

Has anybody else experienced this issue? It is causing severe disruptions to my flow of content.

It looks like there may be an issue with Zapier's access to the page on Facebook. Could you please try to grant the Facebook page access to Zapier by navigating to this link? https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools

After granting access to the Facebook page, I recommend reconnecting your account to save the changes that you’ve made. You can reconnect your Facebook Pages account here: https://zapier.com/app/connections/facebook-pages

Thanks a lot, it seemed like the “public” setting was to blame. Changing the view permissions to public seemed to do the trick.

Is this the section you are talking about? I have changed everything to public and reconnected to Zapier but still have not been able to have the Facebook Page show up. Any other ideas?
