Question

Instagram posts are not reposted in a Discord channel, and the bot appears offline

Hello,

So i just set up a Zap

Where it has:

Trigger - instagram post

Action - post message in said discord channel

but the bot is appearing offline and hasnt reposted the instagram post in the test

 

any suggestions peeps much appreciated!

Hi there @OIGTradeHub,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Zapier BOT will always appear offline, but can still work normally while "offline". Before we dig further, could you please confirm is the bot has the right permissions? Here’s how:

In your server settings, you can adjust the permission of Zapier's Role:

To use the Send Channel Message action, "Manage Webhooks" and "Send Messages" will be the most important permissions to turn on:

this is what i get one the dashboard in web of Zapier, it says it sent the message ‘X’ seconds ago but hasnt…

its my first time with zapier so  apologies if seem a little in experiened haha
