Checkbox from Woocommerce to Salesforce

New zapper here I’m creating new leads in Salesforce from Woocommerce orders. During Woo checkout we have one checkbox to agree to terms and another to opt in to the newsletter. I have checkboxes set up in Salesforce. When I’m mapping the fields from Woo to SF, I don’t get an option for those two checkboxes. Help please!

Rest Hook - get error code back

I am using the Rest Hooks and everything works great - get the hookUrl, post the data to the hookUrl, and my Zap successfully runs. However, if I send bad data to the hookUrl an error correctly occurs. Is there a way to retrieve or be informed (a webhook?) that a task error occurred? I believe the call to the hookUrl is asynchronous, so the response will never contain an error. Thank you for the guidance.

Dropbox + Asana subfolder creation

Hi there - I am hoping someone has some insight into the issue I’m encountering. I have Asana and Dropbox. Here is the scenario. I create a Section in Asana. When I create that section, I have a Zap that creates a folder in dropbox using the Section name. When I am prompted to choose a path for the folder in Dropbox, I’m only able to choose to create the folder in the highest level of dropbox - the choice is marked as “/”. However, when I run this as a test, the highest level is not actually the highest level, its my personal folder inside my company’s folders. I would like to be able to choose a subfolder inside the highest level. I have admin privileges on the Dropbox. Any insight on how to make this happen? Thanks in advance for any help offered - Sarah

Trying to use Google Calendar to overcome Calendly - Pipedrive limitations

So we're trying to connect Calendly and Pipedrive with Zapier, so whenever a new event is created, a person and a deal are added to Pipedrive.  The problem we're having is that Calendly only trigger the zap when a new invitee is created but we have two different calendars and two different funnels, but in Zapier there’s no distinction between them, it just sees a new invitee and it goes to the first funnel.  I'm trying to overcome this setting up a zap between Google Calendar and Pipedrive so whenever a new event is added I can create a person in Pipedrive but I am having trouble figuring out which field in the event created I can use to create the person, specifically the name and email of the person because when I’m trying to set things up, the options in Zapier includes name and emails of both people attneding the event, the creator/organizer (me) and the invitee (the person that I want to add to Pipedrive). Does anyone know anything about this or have you ever tried or have any tip

help please: how do I prevent facebook picture notations from appearing?

I have  set up some simple zaps to post picture and caption to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram based on a calendar in Airtable. Posts to LinkedIn and Instagram appear fine. Posts to Facebook (pages) truncate my picture and include a notation at the bottom DL.AIRTABLE.COM as shown in attached.Does anyone know how I can prevent this notation from appearing?Also, I can post the image file or the image URL. Both are picked up from Airtable by the Zapier trigger. If I post the URL, this Airtable notation displays. But if I post the file the same type of notation displays, but it references zapier instead of airtable. I don’t want either.

Zap not notifying my email

Hi, I would like to ask your help, I have created 3 Zaps, the other 2 zaps have been firing and notifying me via Gmail but the other one is not, I want to get notified whenever I get a Facebook Lead form leads. I tested and it got fired but when there are actual leads, its not notifying me via Gmail. Pls help

Zapier errors for missing info but info is present

Hello! I get an error from time to time on one of my zaps. The zap grabs data from a form (cognito forms) and then sends corresponding webhooks to a service we use. The issue is that the webhook step will error because the height field (required on the form) had no data. The confusion comes in because the form does contain height info for the client. I’ve attached screenshots, is this maybe just Zapier messing up once in awhile? The error is always from this one field, never anything else. You can see in the Cognito step that the height is present (height value is what is needed) but it is missing from the webhook step. Thanks!

Google Docs is Not Detecting My DOCSX When Using "New Document in Folder"

Hello, I am checking out Zapier and it has been awesome. Except for one thing: I am having trouble getting my docsx detected in Google Docs / Google Drive.  Here is my setup: I have a writer that sends me 20 to 50 pieces of articles everyday (in docsx format). The way we operate is that I send him an email with the topics for each article like: Topic 1Topic 2Topic 3Topic 50.. And then he sends me back an email with the 50 pieces of articles attached into the email. I then click “download all attachments” and go into my merry way into manually posting each articles on my website. After doing this for one month now, I am beginning to think that I don’t want to keep on doing this for the rest of my life. That’s why I looked for alternatives and found Zapier, and it really solves my problem since i can even make Google Docs communicate with my Wordpress site. But the thing is, my writer doesn’t write the articles directly into Google Docs. He uses Microsoft Word on his desktop and just att

Updating Rows in a Google Sheet i've just created

I have built a Zap that is triggered when a new row is entered on a specific Google Sheet. Based on the data on that row, it creates a new Google Sheet spreadsheet.I am trying to figure out how to built a step within that same Zap, that will then create a row in the new spreadsheet and populate it with information I entered on the first spreadsheet.So far, I can only find where I can do this if I specify a spreadsheet. What I would like to do is build it as a template, so it knows to do this in the new spreadsheet every time the trigger is activated in the original sheet. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Can't turn on Shopify to Wrike simple 2-step zap on Free plan

Hi, I am in the Free plan. I only have ONE zap. we are a 2 person team. Trying to create a Task in Wrike (Project Mgmt Software) when a New Order is placed in Shopify. Test is successful. Its a very simple 2 step process - Trigger and action.  upon test Task is created in Wrike successfully. But cannot Turn ON the Zapier task as its asking me to get the Professional Plan (not even the Starter Plan). Its way too expensive to get either of the plan to do a really simple task. Is there anyway I can achieve this on the Zapier Free plan?

Error while updating contact in Active Campaign; no list data found

Hi! I’ve been successfull in connecting data of e-commerce orders via Zapier into Active Campaign. I am using the order as a trigger and Adding or updating the contact in Active Campaign as the action.  I’ve made use of lists in Active Campaign before, and when new orders happened, the contact was added to certain lists. These zaps (and thus list connections) are still running. But, if I want to change the lists in these zaps, or want to specify the list a contact needs to be added to in a new zap (different type of order for ex), an error occurs. I get the error “We’re having trouble loading 'List' data”. I dont see any lists to choose from. While test orders work fine, actions to add contact to automation works fine etc. What is the reasons list data can’t be found and showed? For me, it’s now impossible to add new customers to the list of new customers. Thank you!

Javascript: How can I catch 'undefined' before it errors

Probably a simple fix. I am expecting a value, but occassionally the data is undefined because of empty data. I would like Javascript code step to catch it instead of the zap erroring out. Any tips to use IF statement or another method to catch an undefined before it errors the code step when I use .length on it.error when estimateid is undefined current code. works fine unless the Estiamtes ID is undefined

Possible to change account depending on webhook data?

Hello all,I would like to know if it is possible to change the account parameter depending on the data contained in a catched webhook.I’m explaining myself: I would like to be able to add an event to a specific google calendar account depending on the data I’m catching in my webhook.Here is the sketch: As you can see I am first catching a hook and then I would like to dynamically change the “Choose Account” section depending on the webhook data… Is there a solution to my problem? Thank you all!

Using Formatter b Zapier to import a CSV

I am trying to use Formatter by Zapier to import a CSV file from Dropbox and parse map the field data through to Airtable.Dropbox finds the file and Formatter interprets the file but it doesn't seem to read any of the data contained in the CSV. When running a test the line_items: field is blank.I have tried the test on several types of file (Excel CSV, tab delimited text, MS DOS CSV, etc) but the data always appears blank.I have followed the instructions from the help article "How to Import CSV Files with Formatter", but in that example the line_items are listed in when the Formatter test runs.Is there something I am missing or does Formatter not function as described in that article?

I've a zap of 3 parts, a google sheet to get data, a filter, and a discord to post a message to.The filter states, if ‘text’ does not contain, and i placed ‘1’, do no continue to post. Yet this isn't working and the bot just posts.Would appreciate help.

I am creating an app which allows templating with the same syntax of merge tags as Zapier, double curly brackets.But when a user creates a Zap and enters a double curly brackets into the textarea field, they are immediately converted into Zapier merge tags. How to avoid this?Is there a way for user to escape them while entering text to avoid that conversion?\{\{ or triple curly brackets or whatever?

Text split by comma

Hello, I am trying to format a text separated by commas, but every time the result is just one string. I have read the previous answers to this problem and I have already used the “formatter → utilities” option but still gives me the same result. While using the utilities option should I add on the separator field [:comma:] ? I ask to be sure, but I have already tried it and I still have a string after using the result on the “formatter text” option. On another thread, I also read that by using coding split.() we could obtain the split of the string. Nevertheless, I am not really an expert coding, and I am still struggling. Of what I have read the output should be: Output = { “Field_name” : result }} If the result should depend on the different data given by the split, how should I create my Onput? If someone was able to solve this problem without coding, could you please let me know how?

Zendesk View not available for Zap

New trial started. I need to create a Github Issue whenever a new Zendesk ticket comes in that matches a specific view (New IT ticket). However, in the long list of Views I can choose from, “New IT Ticket” is not available. Is there such a thing as a private View that Zapier wouldn’t be privy to? I have admin access to Zendesk if I need to get jiggy with anything over there.
