Create invoice in QuickBooks from new email attachments in Outlook

What email app are you using? (e.g. Gmail)

If Gmail, then check out the New Attachment trigger.

Outlook doesn’t have a specific Zap app trigger for New Attachment.

Just wanted to follow up here to add that there is an existing feature request for the ability to trigger on new attachments with the Microsoft Outlook integration.

@Spark1s24, I’ve added added your vote to that feature request. I can’t give an ETA as to when it would be possible but we’ll follow up with you by email as soon as it is! 

For anyone else that’s also looking to do this, it maybe worth setting up a Gmail account so that you can use Gmail’s New Attachment trigger. Then in Outlook you can set up a rule to automatically forward certain emails to that Gmail account.
