I am looking to integrate Freshdesk with our ERP system Odoo. Basically what I am hoping is that when a customer creates a ticket in Freshdesk, that it triggers an action in Odoo and creates a ticket there as well.
Would appreciate any feedback!
Looking at Odoo’s integration (https://zapier.com/apps/odoo/integrations) it seems Zapier can only create a “New Lead”. I’m not sure if that’s the same thing?
Yea that’s what I’m worried about. I’ll see if there is more to it and if there can be an additional ticket creation.
Long story short, I want to take away the task of creating an additional ticket in Odoo. Fingers crossed.
Odoo build and manage their own Zapier integration, so it’s best to reach out to them with questions like this and requests to add more functionality.
