This is my first time using Zapier. I’m currently trying to connect Airtable to Convertkit, with a goal of having a tag be added every time someone fills out an Airtable form. Everything checks out until I get to the ‘Set up action’ step (see photo). Data appears when I go to fill out the ‘*Email’ section, but there isn’t a blank email option. There is an email option, but it already has my email auto filled in, and I don’t think that will work?I’m not exactly sure what I type of data I should be looking for? Or how to get it to show up? I’m assuming it’s the ‘email’ data entry I should be collecting, so that then the proper Convertkit tag can be added?Any advice would be welcome. Thank you.
I have a zap that works great, but when it comes to autofilling the date from one of the table’s columns, the email that gets sent out includes the date and then a string of random letters/numbers afterward. The format of the column is set as date and doesn’t contain that string afterwards, this only appears in the email the zap sends out that is auto populated from the table.Example: Table column will contain date- 2/23/2023 and the zap will pull from this and send out an email that contains 2023-02-23T00:00:00.000Z as the date.
Am not able to create Zaps connecting Gmail and OpenAI even though they both are clearly listed as being able to work together in https://zapier.com/apps/openai/integrations. Even when trying the ready made Email-openAI-draft email provided on the page am getting the following message: “Gmail has some additional requirementsYour Gmail data can only be sent to approved apps.Unfortunately, the app you are using is no longer supported.You'll need to edit your Zap to turn it back on.Gmail can't connect to OpenAI (Makers of ChatGPT)” Can anyone help in what is the issue?
Newbie here feeling really dumb.. I’m trying to create a Zapier that simply logs what I say to Google Assisstant in a new spreadsheet row - - that’s it.I’m using “New Pushed Voice Message” and some simple triggers, “Make a log entry” or “Log”When I try to test the trigger it always says “We couldn't find a pushed voice message”. What does this mean? How do I test it?For Action, I’m using “Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets”. I can select the right spreadsheet location, sheet, and tab. The sheet only has two coulumns “Date” and “Note” but it won’t let me select any date fields for either. How do I get this thing to work. I would appreciate any help. Heck build it and I’ll change the spreadsheet info..
Dataslayer brings LinkedIn data into a Google Sheet and I’m using a Zap to update a board in Monday.comI am getting an error that the LinkedIn content is over 256 characters so can’t be zapped. I’ve made a truncated column in the sheet and experimented all the way down to 150 characters, but it still errors. Is this an error in Zapier or in Monday.com?
Hello Zapier team, I have already found 2 topics in this forum discussing whether all custom fields from Meistertask can be transferred to Zapier. It’s 2 years ago now. Meistertask allows for this completely, but on your end, there is only the possibility to transfer a single custom field. Will it be possible to transfer all custom fields in the future? Thank you!

Hi there, I’m trying to figure out how to approve roles in discord using a kajabi assessment input. I’m trying to look up the user ID but I'm not sure if I’m doing it properly in zap.I believe it’s trying to use the discord name/ID input from the assessment then it should output the discord ID that I later use to apply the role change in discord? I’ve tried looking at other posts but can’t quite seem to find it. I’ve check to make sure the discord name in the channel is correct with the input in the assessment. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I have set up a Zap that takes an Asana task that is marked as complete and sends an email (Gmail) with specific information from that completed task. It’s all working fine but I can not for the life of me figure out how to get the file that’s been uploaded to the Asana task to add to the email that goes out. The file is PDF but when the email goes out it’s attaching the file as a .txt Is there a way to get the actual PDF file into the email? Thanks in advance - amber

However, certain products may or may not have that data listed:‘Hidden HTML’ and ‘Configuration’ are only available for certain store productsWill Zaps run without issue with this warning, or do I need to automate their removal somehow? I’m trying to get a list of attendees on google calendar but have it not include the organizer. Problem is Atteendees doesn’t include organizer name, but the email addresses does, so my export is off by one field. For example it’s attributing to get the organizers email to the first attendees name. Advice?
I’m trying to create a Zap that will update our CRM logging an interaction with a contact, any time a specific email inbox in BCC’d. It works whenever there is a single recipient on the TO line, but it breaks when there are multiple recipients on the TO line, like spouses. What Works: if INBOX receives email it searches CRM for match of first name, last name, email. If match doesn’t exist it creates it. Then it logs an interaction with the FNAME, LNAME, EMAIL matching record with the email body in notes. Sometimes I email 2 people at the same time like spouses. I’d like the CRM to find and update BOTH matches with the same email. Is this possible? I tried the same thing using CALENDAR and CRM. But if there are multiple attendees on the calendar I have same problem.Is there a way to tell the CRM to look for ANY matches in the EMAIL TO, and run the UPDATE on Interactions against EACH found match?
Hi there, Just started learning zapier and spend 4 hours solving the problem I explained in the title.Briefly,I have a spreadsheet collecting data from emails(name,email,when was email sent and the message itself). I wanted to create a small database creating another spreadsheet and copying UNIQUE e-mails from the first spreadsheet. I did not find the answer,so I tried different options. My logic was Create Spreadsheet Row → LookUp Spreadsheet(the one with existing data,for the data I need) ->Create A new Spreadsheet Row. The correct one is to use lookup spreadsheet row function for the blank spreadsheet. But what is the logic behind it? How should I know that I have to put the blank spreadsheet in the spreadsheet field? And how should I know if it is going to copy UNIQUE data? Are there any guides on this? It is some twisted logic as if I am asking someone to look for some stuff from two boxes,one of them is full and the other one is empty. They come up to the boxes and start sear
