I would like to make a flow between 2 projects in asana in a way that whenever a task is added to project A then its automatically added to project B along with the owner, due dates and comments in project A

Hi @Margarida MB

Have you explore if this is possible with Asana Rules?

Thank you! And how do I make sure that if the task is deleted in one of the projects is not deleted on the other?

@Margarida MB

If you are creating separate Tasks in separate Projects, then make sure there is no Asana Rule/Zap configured to delete the Tasks.
