Encounter the following error when connecting to Azure DevOps

Which repository do you want to use?

Cannot load choices

Error from app: Required field "Project" (project) is missing.

When the instance has been specified the https://dev.azure.com/myorg format.

Any ideas what’s going on how to address this issue? Thanks!

Hi @navinsen

Are you able to provide screenshots of the Zap step that is having the issue?

There are no help articles for the Azure DevOps Zap app, so you may have to open a ticket with Zapier Support for further help: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hi @Troy Tessalone

Thanks, I will try Zapier support as suggested.

Attached screenshot for the Zap - where it doesn’t progress beyond the Dev Ops Repo selection.

@navinsen

Based on the provided screenshot the Zap has detected a required field is missing a value.

Make sure to select a static value OR map in a dynamic parameter for the Project field, and if mapping a dynamic parameter, also make sure there is a value provided.

Can you post a screenshot of how your Zap step is configured that includes the field “Project”?

Thanks @Troy Tessalone

I've managed to resolve the issue now by using an existing Connection to DevOps - which prompted me with a different Dialog for selection of Project, Repo, Branch etc.

For some reason it didn’t allow me to enter the these parameters with the initial Connection I used.

Thanks again!
