Capsule CRM error: The app returned "cannot add organisation custom field to a person"

I am creating a Zap from Active Campaign to Capsule CRM. The form in Active Campaign has a number of items that I don’t need to bring over to Capsule so have not selected them in the Zap.I have asked the Zap to create a new person when the form is filled in with firstname, lastname, email and tag. The zap is failing with this message Failed to create a contact in Capsule CRMThe app returned "cannot add organisation custom field to a person". I have not asked the Zap to bring the organisation field through so why is the Zap failing?

Hi ,I was trying to update new subscription details from stripe to the D365 CRM feilds. I have only options to update contacts action. When I create custom action to update subscription status, subscription date, Subscription expiry date, Subscription cancel date it seems like come up with error.

Only 1 specific field in a form will not map to the field in my CRM. I've deleted the fields, refreshed, but I still cannot get just one field to map. What could possibly be the problem?

I followed the steps to connect Alex to Google task, but when completed and I give Alexa the command, the tasks gets added to Alexa To Do List rather than being added to Google tasks.

Cannot create new Asana task with Personal plan

Hello,I have Zap that used to have a deprecated “Create Task in Asana” step. I went into the process of updating the Zap to use the non-deprecated version of that step.Unfortunately, now the Zap does not work any more as I get the following error when I test it:Failed to create a task in AsanaThe app returned "Custom Field Settings are not available for free users.". I am using the Asana Personal plan, so it’s normal that I cannot use custom fields. However, I haven’t set anything in the step to create custom fields.When setting up the step, I do get that information message:Custom Fields - If you are on a paid Asana plan with access to their custom fields, when you select a project above, the custom fields for that project will be displayed. So, I understand that as I’m on the free Personal plan of Asana, I should not even be able to set up anything related to custom fields.I tried turning the Zap off and on, and also to completely remove the step and create it again, but neither of t

Eventbrite to Google Calendar Zap - incorrect time zone

I created a Zap for Eventbrite events that I manage/create to be sent to my Google Calendar, but the events are showing up in my Google Calendar in the wrong time zone. I am in the LA time zone, and it’s showing up on my calendar 2 hours earlier; in the example below, the event is 1pm local time, and it is showing up on my calendar as 11am local time.I have checked the details and settings of my Eventbrite events; those are all correct. All other events/appointments on my Google Calendar show up in the correct time zone. Why is this happening? And will people who sign up for my event also receive a calendar request for the wrong time?

Why can ChatGPT Assistant not read the contents of a .csv file uploaded in OpenAI?

I am having a repeated issue where we can ‘find’ the right file, but subsequent zap steps cannot read or access it to complete their tasks. Finding the file goes just fine...  The file is selected in ‘existing files’. But the response always yields a cannot read error. What am I doing wrong?

Why Can't Anyone Get in Touch with Customer Support?

Our team has been having issues with Zapier (saying we’re doing about 8000 additional tasks per week - no idea where those extra tasks are coming from). Because of this glitch, on billing, we’re getting charged about $400 extra per week on our plan.We’ve submitted two support tickets within the past 3 weeks with no response whatsoever (save for an automated chat bot saying we’ll receive a response soon). We will definitely not be renewing our plan with Zapier going forward, as getting in touch with anyone is impossible. Can anyone provide a way to get in touch with literally…. any human being who works at Zapier to help us figure this out? We’ve read numerous other customer complaints about the lack of service and switching elsewhere because of it.

Trouble using OpenAI Transcription with Zoom recordings despite valid URL and trigger zap working fine

I want to use OpenAI Transcription to transcribe a zoom recording.I have my trigger zap set when a new recording becomes available in zoom. This works fine.My next zap is the “Create Transcription in OpenAI (GPT-3, DALL-E, Whisper)” zapI have tried both the “Video Files Download URL AND I have simply pasted the file url into this field (see screenshot)I have pasted the url into a new browser tab just to check it’s a valid url and it is. The video plays fine.I’m out of options. It really should be this hard. HELP!

Important changes to SMS by Zapier

Hey folks! Reaching out with an important update regarding the SMS by Zapier app:As of February 16, 2024 sending via phone numbers on the T-Mobile network is no longer supported on the SMS by Zapier app. This is due to recent policy changes imposed by the T-Mobile network. As an alternative, you may want to explore using the Twilio or WhatsApp Notifications apps instead. You can see the full list of supported Phone & SMS Apps apps available on Zapier here: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/phoneTo learn more about these changes please see the Important update for SMS by Zapier users release notes. Update as of Wednesday, February 21, 2024:As part of the recent changes to impose carrier restrictions, Zapier was notified that carriers outside of T-Mobile were being blocked inadvertently. We have resolved this issue and you should be able to replay any stopped Zaps that were impacted.

Creating custom attributes in Square

I had some issues trying to set up my first Zap connecting to Square payment. I want to create a Zap from a specific purchase from one of my workshops, and when a client purchases that item, to connect that information into Drip with a specific tag. On Zapier’s end, I am unable to to view new Square tags/custom attributes I make for this particular event, even after refreshing

I need to protect a worksheet that the Zap adds rows, etc. to so it is only viewable, and not editable. I keep receiving an error when the sheet is protected.Is there a work-around?

Zap created between a newsletter form  in squarespace and Mailerlte.Test trigger event successful. The form appears right and the test email is sent to mailerlite.Zappier is connected but shows “0 Zap connected” in the given form. What should I do to connect the Zap in squarespace?

Timestamp field format updated after Zapier was connected.

I have a google form that drops user data into a google sheet.  Google sheet rows start with at timestamp.  My goal is to use Zapier to create a row in a SmartSuite table when a record is created in the google sheet.  I set Zapier to look for a timestamp change/addition and then trigger the zap to add data to SmartSuite.When I turned on the zap all records added the first day timestamp field changed from the traditional data time stamp to time=now.  There were about 50 records added that day.  Each record’s timestamp updated every minute to reflect the current time.  As a result my trigger that was looking at the timestamp field to initiate the export into SmartSuite fired each minute until my zaps were depleted for the month.  Since then I updated the timestamps to the correct time.  I wanted to post this message before I turned my zaps back on to see if the issue persist.  Is this a known issue where Zapier may update/change the format of a field (such as the timestamp) in google she

Cannot add a instagram For business account In zapier

 Hello Kind Zapier Support Team! I been now trying in every imagined way to connect My instagram business accounts to zapier and till now, Zapier cannot detetct any of my Instagram for business accounts. What I already Tried:  -Facebook → Apps and websites  (not solving the problem)   - Then I tried it with open the Facebook Business suite and Allow it manually to connect with zapier       and this still didn’t solve the Problem. I cannot add picture, but it won’t even show in Meta business suite → Integrated apps. section. I believe That the problem is issud by the meta business manager, But ofc i am now here to depend on the Zapier staff and I will hope that They will help me.

Markdown - Zapier to Asana

I had a Zap which created an Asana task. I used Markdown to format the task. I noticed today that the old ‘Create Task’ function was deprecated, so I switched to the new one. Markdown no longer works, and when I tried HTML, that doesn’t work either - it just goes in circles, telling me to add a body tag, and when I do it asks for a XML or HTML tag, and when I add that it wants a body tag again. Any ideas? I literally just pitched this as a solution for my boss, if it doesn’t work, this is going to be really embarrassing. I just saw that they’ve introduced a ‘formatter’ tool for paid plans - have they deprecated Markdown to motivate sales? We have a paid plan as well so I can use that if necessary, and copy my zaps across. This is just really irritating.

Not able to create QuickBooks Purchase Order line items in Salesforce.

I have created a zap which takes ‘Purchase Order’ data and creates a record in Salesforce custom object ‘Orders’. SO when I create a record for ‘Purchase Order’ line items the record data are coming as one record. E.g. If there are 3 line Item records with field ‘amount’. The amount is coming for 3 records as “120,234,45”. The data is coming as one record and when I create a record in Salesforce using Zapier the ‘Amount’ is showing as ‘12023445’.You can see in the above image what the values are coming as.So my question can anybody help me with creating line items related to custom Order object?I have multiple fields with the same combined data like Quantity, Description,Payment Type etc.P.S. I want to make it dynamic because not every time the number of line items related to an Order will be same.

Gmail to Notion Zap triggering multiple emails instead of just one.

In my zap I have a trigger that when an email is labeled in Gmail then a database Item is created in NotionThe issue is when I drag a mailstring to the label, ALL the emails are triggered but I just want to trigger ONE email so that ONE item is created in the Notion databaseCan anyone help me fix this?

Connecting to Excel is giving "You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser"

From 15/2/24 17:40 I have started receiving regular alerts for my zaps connecting to online Excel with the message: “You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser”.Nothing has changed (passwords etc).  I tried turning the zaps off and on again, but now it will not turn on again - I get the notification “Zap could not be switched on” with the same message as above.  When I edit the zap to check the credentials, I can do a test connection and it is successful.The zaps retrieve new rows from Excel and update MailChimp.  The Microsoft account I am using is the one I used to create the spreadsheet.I’m not sure where to go from here - it has been working for a few months and nothing has changed.
