First name field in email list is not being populated when using Zapier

HiI have a Zap between checkout and e-mail list (Builderall).Everything works fine, except the first name field [VOORNAAM] is not being populated when using Zapier.So first name field is left blanc.I have it as a custom field because Billing Contact Firstname is not Name in my e-mail list but VOORNAAM.Can anyone help?Thanks!Tanja

Handling comma separated Tags in Zapier tables

Hello,I am attempting to integrate Mailchimp with a Zapier table to add new Mailchimp submissions to one of the Zapier table fields (Tags). The original data includes email address (which of course contains special characters such as @, ., etc.), as well as a list of comma-separated tags (formatted like ‘Tag 1, Tag 2, Tag 3’ or maybe from Mailchimp it is “Tag 1”, “Tag 2”, “Tag 3”). I keep running into an error code 400 that the ULID cannot be created from the string length (see the screenshot below). I have all Zapier table fields set up for ‘long text’ (up to 10,000 characters). Looking up ULID formatting though, it seems I cannot use special characters such as ‘,’ or ‘@’, etc.. ULID does not even handle spaces, making no effective way to reformat characters but keep the integrity of these important characters along the way.  I have switched from a Google Sheet Zap to a Zapier Table because Google Sheets was taking way too long to synchronize through a Webhook and I read that Zapier T

Facebook Lead Ads Not Triggering

We are having issues with this two facebook zaps triggering. We have looked over the existing forums and have fixed everything we can think to fix on the Facebook side of things. This includes ensuring zapier is connected within FB. Also we have a number of other Facebook Lead Ads with very similar set ups that are working without problem. I should also note that when working with a draft of these two zaps, the trigger is able to pull in quite a lot of test leads that are just sitting in Facebook, but for some reason they aren’t triggering the zap. What are we still doing wrong? Is this a zapier issue? I have attached a few screenshots to show what’s going on.

Zap stops due to missing line items discount value in Xero from Shopify order.

Im transferring order invoices from Shopify directly into Xero, it works perfectly except one thing.If there is a discount value on the order the spreadsheet style formula works great to turn the discount £ value into a % value.. perfectButIf there is no discount on the order then when it hits the spreadsheet formula step the zap stops because there is no line items discount value.My question is how do i create a step to check if there is no line items discount value then skip the spreadsheet formula step and move to step 3 and just create the invoice?

Woocommerce products not created correctly via Fast Field Forms

We add new products and update existing products (pricing etc) on Woocommerce with Fast Field Forms. Recently though, when creating new products, pricing, categories and images are all pulling through wrong. They are also getting published when they should be drafts. All fields/details on FFF are correct just not on Woocommerce. I have no idea if this could be because of a Wordpress/Woocommerce update or something else. Any help would be appreciated

ChatGPT Assistant Function Calling - Gateway Timeout

Hey everyone,I’m having a bit of trouble with Zapier and ChatGPT. When I do simple calls to ChatGPT through Zapier, everything works fine. But, when I try to do function calls, Zapier keeps timing out before getting a response from the GPT Assistant.Has anyone faced this? How do you stop Zapier from timing out on these function calls? Any tips or tricks to share would be awesome.

Zapier to Arketa - client information not transferring

Hello,I have created a Zapier account and have linked it with Arketa (the platform I use for my fitness membership), however every time I get a new client, the client's first name, last name and email address are supposed to transfer over automatically.This unfortunately doesn't happen. I constantly have to edit my Zap, and test it out for the names to actually transfer over. No matter how many times I do this in the test mode and save it, it does not work automatically afterwards or with the next client.Has anyone else experienced this and would be able to advise how to help so that this is not a manual process anymore?Thank you

Can't reply to Google Reviews that are below 5 stars.

 I tried setting up the automated response for Google review today and I was not able to select the filter to filter out ‘ STAR RATING LESSER THAN 3 STARS . It seems to me that Zapier’s auto google review replies only work for 5 stars only. Why is that so? There are no data options to select 4 stars, 3 stars or 2 stars. I need help!

Bubble data not included in Slack notification

Hi, I have set up zapier to send notifications to a slack channel when someone signs up to a bubble app.  I set up the integration and tested it and it works fine. But when I sign up on the live version of the website, the slack messages are missing information from the app.  Looking at the app runs, I can view the sign up information in the data out section of the bubble integration. But data in for the slack trigger has no information. I have attached screenshots below. Any tips on how I could fix this?

Failed to create a request in Webhooks by Zapier Internal Server Error (HTTP Status Code: 500)

I’ve been using this Webhook for a number of years without issue. A few months ago I turned off the Zap. Today I turned it back on and, while performing a few tests, I received this error message and am unable to get around it. I’m not sure what the issue is, all data fields and values are the same as they were prior to turning off the zap. Has anyone experienced this before? It’s affecting my business and I’d like to resolve it ASAP. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!

Quickbooks integration doesn't work for different customer labels

We are a nonprofit and if we use the term “Donors” from the list of available customer labels within QB it will not find the existing record. Please consider adding all the Customer Labels when finding a record from QB.

Zoom Recording Incomplete Upload to Google Drive

Hello, I have been trying out this new automation where I have my zoom meeting recordings uploaded to my google drive. There was an issue with my zoom settings however we were able to resolve that issue and successfully had a small meeting uploaded. However, my meetings typically run to about 10 hours per day. We had thought we had figured it out but this was not the case as the file that was uploaded for the 10 hour meeting was 1.1 GB and what was uploaded to the google drive was approximately 689 MB and this file could not open. I would love to hear what could have caused this and if possible point me to a solution to this issue.

AI Reverse Engineering on Format

I initially meant to ask a question on how to have empty data points (via logic branching on Typeform and its trigger) omitted from results with Bold Questions for email confirmations.  I was going to force myself to learn Format’s Utilities/Text when (on a hope, a wing, and a prayer) I saw the “Format data” feature.  I asked for “Make the Questions bold and omit any questions where answers are missing.”  Let me tell you - it delivered and it was flawless.Now, I believe that the Format data (via AI) feature is the next awesome leap in Zapier onboarding and usefulllness - especially for novices that know how to articulate their needs but can’t execute because they jsut don’t know what they don’t know, but it’s missing a major key component: the ability to see what the AI did.As far as I can tell, the output is exactly what I had in my head, but if I want to tweak something (for example, in my example it bolded the questions, but it is using an <h2> format HTML element instead of &

Only Airtable IDs showing when transferring Data

Hello Zappers!I have created a simple zap to update a field in an Airtable base with the data contained in another base.The test worked perfectly and I achieved my goal. I then selected “data transfer” but instead of seeing all the Airtable fields included in my base, I only see one column with the Airtable record IDs.I tested my OAuth and it says the connection is working properly. I then tried to transfer one of the record and it succeeded but I need to see the data I am transferring otherwise I can’t apply filters.Anyone would have any idea of why this is happening and how to solve it?Thank you!

I’m seeing a weird issue on my Chat GPT Zaps. The error is:Step 8. Conversation With Assistant in ChatGPTThis ChatGPT step hit an error.Error message: The app returned "Unsupported content type: 'application/json; charset=utf-8'. Zapier ID code matching issue: Only searches for first 4 characters in Monday-Excel

In Monday, rules are inputted and these are then pushed to Excel using Zapier. If a modification is made in Monday, it should also be reflected in Excel. Currently, in Monday, an automatic ID can be linked to a row and can also be pushed to Excel. Now, it can find the row based on that ID code, which consists of 10 characters. However, Zapier only searches for the first 4 matching characters, assuming it has found a matching ID code. It does not consider all 10 characters and match them. How can I solve this so that all 10 characters must match before it considers that row a match?

Meta quit Facebook Group API - and now?

As Zapier mentioned in an mail, meta will quit the Facebook Groups API. That means from April on we will not be able to use that API with Zapier anymore. When I read it right, meta indroduces a new API - does anybody know if Zapier can use the new one again? If not, will there be any workarounds to still automate a Facebook Group post in any way? This Zapier App is the main reason why i registered at Zapier. Without that possibility I have to cancel my susbscription.

Elementor form (WordPress) - single-option fields not showing values, only IDs

This post was split from the topic: Pipedrive to Mailchimp - single-option fields not showing values, only IDsI’m having exactly the same issue but from an Elementor form (WordPress) to Pipedrive through Zapier.I created a single-option custom field with “Success” and “Failed” as options but when I try to send the value from the webiste form field, that has one of these values (or empty), it always gives the same error, that’s expecting a number. However, the custom field has text values and I confirmed it on the page code, it clearly says input type="text".Really hoping there’s a solution for this...

Why is one part of my zap broken but matches my other zaps that seem to be working fine

I have a zap made for one of my online fitness programs. The step in the workflow where the client is to be added to my PT Distinction app, is saying “app returning 400” when I try to test it. My other zaps for 2 other programs are running fine and I don’t see any differences in the information I have entered for them. Memberspace Content Links, Integration with Zapier

My company hosts webinars. Individuals set up an online member account using memberspace, where they signup for a webinar. Then Zapier takes this information and automatically registers them on zoom for the webinar. All good. We post the slides for downloading on our website, and also posts links to watch the watch webinar on-demand, after the live webinar has ended. We use memberspace content links, for these slides and videos, but memberspace cannot provide me with a report, showing when someone clicks on these content links.  It seems like Zapier only works with member plan changes on memberspace, not with content links. is that true?  Is it possible to create some type of customized zap, for this application?

My Zap isn't working after changing file destinations for scanned documents.

I scan documents into pdfs, then save them in dropbox and forward them to evernote.  Things have been running well but when I changed file destinations to reflect 2024 the zaps stopped working.  I’m having trouble navigating the “Title” and “Content” fields...not sure what to put in them to make the zaps start working again.
