Unable to map specific field from form to CRM despite deleting and refreshing other fields

Only 1 specific field in a form will not map to the field in my CRM. I've deleted the fields, refreshed, but I still cannot get just one field to map. What could possibly be the problem?

For us to have context, we would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured along with more details about which field you are having the issue with.
