Capsule CRM error: The app returned "cannot add organisation custom field to a person"

I am creating a Zap from Active Campaign to Capsule CRM.

 

The form in Active Campaign has a number of items that I don’t need to bring over to Capsule so have not selected them in the Zap.

I have asked the Zap to create a new person when the form is filled in with firstname, lastname, email and tag. 

The zap is failing with this message 

Failed to create a contact in Capsule CRM

The app returned "cannot add organisation custom field to a person".

 

I have not asked the Zap to bring the organisation field through so why is the Zap failing?
