Important changes to SMS by Zapier

Hey folks! 

Reaching out with an important update regarding the SMS by Zapier app:

As of February 16, 2024 sending via phone numbers on the T-Mobile network is no longer supported on the SMS by Zapier app. This is due to recent policy changes imposed by the T-Mobile network. 

As an alternative, you may want to explore using the Twilio or WhatsApp Notifications apps instead. You can see the full list of supported Phone & SMS Apps apps available on Zapier here: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/phone

Update as of Wednesday, February 21, 2024:

As part of the recent changes to impose carrier restrictions, Zapier was notified that carriers outside of T-Mobile were being blocked inadvertently. We have resolved this issue and you should be able to replay any stopped Zaps that were impacted.
