WordPress authentication failure despite plugin installation and activation

Zapier WordPress plugin activiated but not being registered as such. Please could you offer a solution, the plugin has 2 stars and was last updated 3 years ago, how do I get Zapier to work well with Wordpress?

Any help would be appreciated,

Can you please send me a screenshot of the information you're inputting into the Wrodpress connection screen? Please make the screenshot full-page so that I can get a complete view of the record and the URL at the top of the page.

I have seen this error before when the www was left out of the URL. If that is what happened, can you please include that in the Base URL field?
