Hi! I have set up Skool with Zapier but it will not find my course. Any clue what issue might be?

The API etc are correctly set up, just the issue that the course is not showing up.

Hi @chris.ddh

For us to have more context about your Zap, post screenshots with how the steps are outlined and configured.

Hi! So the trigger is that a person buys a product from me from Stan Store. The trigger should be ok but here it is:

Then the outcome should be that the customer get’s an invite to my Skool course. The invite should be by email.

Here I can choose the email but if I open Choose value

I can’t see the course I have created in Skool. I checked that it’s published and everything.

For troubleshooting any issues that come up during your Zap build, the most important info to confirm from the Skool side is that your API key and group URL are correct.

Typically other issues will stem from the Zapier or third party app side with biggest culprits being:

- Required fields in Zapier not populated (or populated with an incorrect data format)

- Third party app account or list not initially set up to accept all incoming data fields

- General formatting (Skool data did not arrive in your third party app as expected) and requires a little tinkering within the "action" setup portion

If you know the Skool Course ID, then you can try to set that using the ‘Custom’ tab.
