Good afternoon,I am using a Zap from Zapier: Webhooks by Zapier to post a file (email attachment from a previous zap) to our own endpoints. Everything is tested and works as expected, except for the format on how we receive the file from the POST webhook call.Lately we had an issue, because the zap would send the file sometimes hydrated sometimes not.What is causing that?How can the zap be set so that it does not use hydration? I was working on a zap that included a website address in one of the fields. I later removed the data from field and ran the zap. It returned with an error. Looking back at the step I realized that after removing the data it did not recognize the field as empty even though we have removed the data. I tried readding and deleting, hitting delete a bunch, ctrl-a, etc… and nothing could reset the field back to empty.I though it might just be the type of field at first. I tried a few other field types and with the captured data or just typing in the fields, all with the same result.Anyone know how I can clear the field out. I’d rather not rebuild the steps every time I change my mind about a field.
I have a zap that integrates a Gravity form to add a row to Excel in Sharepoint. However, when the row is added, it messes up the formatting in the spreadsheet columns, making the cells to small for the data being added. In order to keep the formatted width of the columns I have protected the sheet (no password protection) and the only option that users are not allowed to perform is to format columns. I tested my gravity form and it did indeed add the data to a new row in the spreadsheet and kept the columns’ formatted width. However, I got a Zapier Alert email with the below error message. What should I do? I don’t want to have to widen the columns every time. This sheet is used by others to also manually add leads from other sources.
Hi all, I have a problem whereby not every instance triggers a Zap. It could be a number of new invoices or new orders at a time, and Zapier only picks up one instance, leaving the rest behind. How do I create a workaround to check for each and every new order created the trigger needs to fire and create a new invoice. I don't think a quicker trigger refresh rate or higher tier will necessarily fix this issue. Multiple instances could fire each minute, and a refresh rate of one minute will still miss multiple instances. TIA and sorry if this has been addressed a million times before, I couldn't find an answer already.

The zap is set up to move multiple attachments submitted to a new smartsheet row to a designated G-drive folder. Is there a way I could set up the zap so it creates a new folder, under that designated G-drive folder, for new Smartsheet row submission with it’s file attachments?Hoping to understand which files belong to which submission once they’re in the main G-drive folder without having to refer to the smartsheet and then manually separate them into sub-folders. Hi,I would like to transfer information about leads from one Zapier Table to the others. My main challenge is to avoid data getting lost. I am looking for best practice, really, as I don’t know what the best concept would be. In an ideal world the following would happen: A lead is new or updated in Table A Zapier looks for that lead in Table B (identified by the file number) Zapier fills all columns for this lead which are filled in Table A and empty in Table B In case a column has data already, it should be appended to the existing data in the same column in Table BAs I believe this is a very generic problem, I searched the community...but couldn’t find anything. What would you do?
Hi,I’m looking to transcribe the contents of a new video posted to a Youtube channel and then summerise the content using ChatGPT.ChatGPT doesn’t seem to like receiving Youtube URLs (correct me if I’m wrong) and doing this straight off.I’ve therefore explored using Temi, but that generates a txt file that again GPT doesn’t like. Hey all,I’ve been given a task to help me learn Zapier (I’m brand new at this)I believe I’ve figured it all out with the exception of one step.I have a Google Form which is adding information to a Sheet (like name, email and a couple of questions to determine the quality of a lead)I need to get Zapier to help me assign a rating, pull the name and email from the sheet and send an email.So, the Sheet is the trigger. This will run any time a new row is added to the sheet. The problem I’m running into is that I also need the sheet to be updated to indicate which of the contacts have been sent the email. Everything else seems to be working fine. I’ve been searching this forum, the Zapier site, youtube and chatgpt and can’t seem to find the right step to get my zap to mark off which rows have been emailed. Can anyone point me in the right direction or help me learn this step?Please let me know if you’d like me to provide more info. Thank you in advance.
When an invoice is made for an account I want to update a column in modnay.com to match the order date. So, In the accounts tab I have a column titled Last Order Date that i want to update whenever an invoice is made within xero. Thinking the .Trigger. when new sales invoice in Xero ThenChange Multiple Columns Value in monday.com But dont know how to format the sections correctly after that? Specifically, If is select the board Id as accounts, then what do i select for Item id so that it matches the invoice to the correct account?
Hey all!I have created a Zap that adds rows into my Google Spreadsheet with Stripe Customer Data. It triggers on a New Subscriber.I'm getting the following Payment Data from Stripe:Now, I want to make another Zap that updates this Payment Data every month when a New Payment happens from an existing Stripe Subscriber (someone who is subscribed to a monthly plan). I just don't know which Trigger from Stripe I should add.- Do I have to use the New Payment in Stripe Trigger for this use case?- Do I have to add any conditional checks to make sure the Customer exists before proceeding with looking up the data, retrieving the data, making the calculation and updating the rows in Google Spreadsheets with the new calculated data?The Data I lookup from the Document is in a Currency format (Euros), I'm wondering how I can add this Currency with the Currency amount of the second Payment together. I was testing the integration between Shift4Shop and Quickbooks Online using Zapier. I attempted to create an order in Quickbooks Online, which included four items with quantities of 5, 10, 5,1, 10,10 and 15, and unit prices of $3.5, $3.5, $4, $10, $7, $2.75 and $6. The total amount, $270, is calculated correctly, but I kept receiving an error message from the system. Which step I might have done incorrectly?
HI team, I’d like to setup the Okta <> Gmail, the scenario is:The Zapier will trigger the event from Okta (example: user deactivate) And then create the email with information Okta. (example : deactivate the user Test.A) I’d expect the Gmail can be include username which is Test A and the email address is test.a@domain.com It is worked as magic on test step but when I running the Zapier and make another test. It is running to the gmail without needed fields. Can you please support me on that ?Thank you !!!

Hi all I have been dealing with this on and off for nearly a year. The Zap (or even other CRMs) will setup completely fine but it wont ever fire. Do the Lead Ads Testing Tool > Get “CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager” 103 Error Redoing the connection doesn’t fix anythingNow here’s the two major issues I get stuck at. I’ll run into one of these issues.Going to Business Manager > Integrations > Leads Access > Select Page, I don’t have the CRM tab on the account. (see screenshots of an account that is fine, and another account that doesn’t have the CRM tab.) IMPORTANT: We have many accounts that don’t have this CRM tab but work completely fine. Going to Business Manager > Integrations > Leads Access, the page isn’t listed there. I am creating a Zap that has two connects Google Sheets and Gmail. The updates in the sheets are purchases from the customers, here one of the columns is the date of the purchase. What I need to do is send an email after 14 days of this date but I can’t configure the filter for this. Does anyone knows how can I do this?
The goal is to update a specific item in Notion…. 1 - A podcast guest to schedules interview via Calendly.→ ACTION: a new guest is created in Notion. 2 - An email is sent with podcast information to fill out details in Typeform. (Separate automation)3 - When the podcast guest fills out the Typeform entry with bio and headshot → ACTION: the record in Notion is updated with the Typeform info.The issue I’m running into is finding the Calendly item in Notion for the Typeform to update… it keeps creating a new item or an error. We’d like to add an activity note (on a per-person basis) into our CRM each time a message is sent from mail chimp.I don’t see any built-in triggers for this, so I’ve set up a webhook in Mailchimp and a Catch hook in Zapier. The issue is the data returned from Mailchimp doesn’t include the email addresses the campaign was sent to (See image).Any idea how to get those email addresses or a work around?

How can i set that up? I tried the “New Email Matching Search in Gmail” function but seems like I can only search keywords in the subject line?
Hey community!Im completely new to this app. I created a zap where when a campaign in Brevo get's sent it should push the data to an excell file on my one-drive, during the test this works fine. However when I just send a test campaign to see if it works it didnt. Also Im wondering will the data stay updated if clicks and views increase or does the zap only trigger once?Im looking for a way to keep this excell file updated with the latest data instead of needing to do this manually.You guys got any tips on the right settings etc?Best regards,Sebastiaan Mathas
I couldn’t find any way of logging/forwarding the entire payload data from a trigger event.I want to log and forward the whole payload to another system, and not specify each key.Zapier only allows me to specify each key one by one, I tried using a Code block, but I met the same issue.Is there really no way to do something as basic as that, or did I miss something obvious?
