Zapping new contact to Telegram from Keap Max Classic

May we know if there's a way to Zap new contact from Keap Max Classic to Telegram without sending a message to the new contact in Telegram?

Basically, adding a new contact to Telegram directly from Keap Max Classic for us to not manually add anymore.
