Zapier Not Triggering For Each Instance

Hi all,

 

I have a problem whereby not every instance triggers a Zap. It could be a number of new invoices or new orders at a time, and Zapier only picks up one instance, leaving the rest behind. 

How do I create a workaround to check for each and every new order created the trigger needs to fire and create a new invoice. 

I don't think a quicker trigger refresh rate or higher tier will necessarily fix this issue. Multiple instances could fire each minute, and a refresh rate of one minute will still miss multiple instances.

We would need more context about the apps you are using and how your Zap steps are configured.

Using Xero, and pretty straight-forward setup. 

 

 

 

As mentioned, the trigger isn't always fired. I check my logs and it's not like it doesn't pass through the gates, it literally doesn't always trigger for all New Invoices.

Try using this workaround...Xero Webhooks: https://developer.xero.com/documentation/guides/webhooks/creating-webhooks/

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

This will generate a unique webhook URL to configure in Xero.

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I did some digging into this, and it seems like we only get 100 invoices per poll. Specifically, we get them in the order that they were issued - this is a problem if you only want to trigger when they are paid. If someone takes 2 months to pay your invoice, and since then you have issued >100 invoices, the Zap won't trigger.

Do you think this might be the case here? Please let me know!
