Reservations from Guesty create invoices in Quickbooks and I am getting an error for a reservation that a duplicate name exists in Quickbooks and is not attaching the invoice to the existing customer. When testing I was able to make multiple reservations in Guesty using the same username and it just added the new invoice the way it should. I have search by name and if no customer exists, to create a new one. I’ve read through previous articles and questions but am at a loss as to what to do here.
I know this is probably something really simple, but I am needing to ensure that the right offer for my Kajabi product is pulled in my Zapier steps. We actually just updated our products and instead of the new products showing, the old ones are still showing. It just looks like it needs to be refreshed so the new data will pull through, but not sure how to do that. I even went as far to see if I could possible find the offer using the offer ID #, but nothing matches. How do I fix this?
I have a Dotnet (core) application where I'm integrating Zapier. Now on Zapier's developer platform when I'm creating a new integration, the first step is Authentication where you have different types of auth, e.g. OAuth V2, Session Auth, etc. In my application, I authorize users and all the API calls using Dotnet's Identity Provider where I use User.Identity.IsAuthenticated to check whether the user is signed in and the Authorize attribute to verify an API call along with ClaimsPrincipal.I tried all types of auth provided in Zapier's developer portal but it fails. I would really appreciate some input about integrating Zapier with my application

Hello, So i have clients boards on monday.com and the way it is formulated is that each client has a board in this format “Client code creative board” inside the board there are several groups, one of them is ongoing projects, each item is a new project and the tasks within the project are subitems. This seems like it should be simple, but I can’t figure it out. Fair warning: I am new to Zapier and new to workflows and trying to figure this out for my nonprofit.I want to create a workflow in which when a new google form response is submitted, two things happen:1 - a new Google Drive folder is created based on a response in the form (name of client)2 - the responses from the form are saved in the new Drive folder just created.I can get step one set up just fine. I cannot figure out what workflow I need to achieve step two. Once the first workflow is created (trigger=new response in google form, action=create custom-named google drive folder), I can not add another action that relates to Google Forms. I tried building in a delay but still have “no option available” when trying to create another action involving Google Forms. I presume they need to be built into the same Zap since it is self-referential (i.e., the newly named folder is where the response should be dropped, so it ha

Hi fellow Zappers,Here’s a very sticky situation I’ve found myself into. Looking for an easy solution without custom code to solve this issue.We want our rev-ops (Org metrics) data on hubspot which doesn’t fall under standard objects.So, we want to create a custom object and the different data field to be added with custom properties.We want our current excel sheet to sync with hubspot account and the respective properties to get updated with a ZAP (whenever a cell in excel updated, respective property to get updated in hubspot).So far I’m unable to find this Action available?Kindly help.
Hello,I am trying to setup a zapier automation that is triggered every day at 4PM which looks all up google calendar events for the next day (0:00 - 23:59) and then sends a text reminder if google calendar event is found. I was wondering if anyone had an idea how to iteratively check every event in the future with just one Zap and send a sms reminder to all found google calendar events

Hi,i am part of the ThriveCart affiliate program. When someone buys ThriveCart through my link I want to add this person to a Flodesk segment automatically and deliver a bonus through a mail sequence.I can’t find an opportunity to add the referred customer to a mail sequence. (There are just options to add my own affiliates to a mail sequence - but no option when I am the affiliate who earns a commission.) Maybe there's an option I don’t know yet. Could someone help me with this? :)
I’d like to be able to send an e-mail to my subscribers on Drip that have asked to be informed when a certain page changes in my wordpress site.When anything in our member areas changes we post the change (usually via zaps) to the Noticeboard so they can see what’s changed.I’d like our members to be able to ‘subscribe’ to this page therefore being notified when it updates.I’ve seen articles about another wordpress plug-in but I’d love to just keep it between Drip/Wordpress and Zapier.Thanks so much
Hello - I’m trying to take dated journal entries from my CRM and put them in a table in a google doc. I was able to extract the data via webhook and format via JavaScript. Still need to figure out how to format the date which is the number in the screen shot. I guess I have two questions, how do I transform the highlighted number to a date, then put each entry into a row in either sheets or docs?
My goal is to have each newly added wish list item generate a new Notion page in one of my databases. I tried looking around in the existing apps in the Zapier integrations, for examplePinterest, but the Pinterest x Notion zap requires a paid subscription (Pinterest is a premium app).Since I am a new user, still discovering Zapier, I would like to first experiment before committing to a subscription.Do you have any advice as to what app I can use that’ll help me? When trying to reconnect my Wordpress site to Zapier Plugin I get the following message. But there is no popup to allow anything.
When looking at this integration https://zapier.com/apps/google-sheets/integrations/magento-v2/16895/create-magento-2x-order-invoices-from-a-google-sheets-spreadsheet, what exactly is going to be created in Magento? Do I need to already have an order and this is just creating the invoice? Is there a sample spreadsheet that could help me get the integration working? I am just trying to understand whats possible here.
Why does my zap keep turning off after I created it? It automatically turns off after I refresh the website. Even when I turn it on again it keeps turning off after I refresh it.

I have Zap where I want to take a file from a newly created ContentDocument record (PDF) in Salesforce and upload it to a Google Drive. I cannot seem to define the “File” need as it is required in the Zap. No matter which URL I use, the document that gets added in Google Drive is simply a text document with strange HTML markup which I’ve included in the screenshot below. Referencing Content Document URL in the ZAP (Private)- Text document sent Google Drive with HTML markup instead of PDF Using Salesforce standard URL in this test Referencing Content Document public link manually created on the Content Document record. Despite referencing the “Public” link in the test ZAP, this also generated a strange text file in the Google Drive with HTML markup. Please advise. Is what I want to do possible within Zapier?
I am trying to create a zap to import Square transactions into Wave but I am unable to select an Account for my Payment Processing Fee (see screenshot). I have created an account in Wave with the name “Payment Processing Fee” to hold this income, as well as an income category with the same name. However, I am not given any options within Zapier to select this account. When I try to run a zap I get an error message “"INVALID: Transaction line items in the transaction currency are over balanced."
Why does leadconnector go to private integration and I am constantly having to reconnect the same account when making new zaps??
I am trying to connect my online eBay store to Square that is used in a brick and mortar store so that I can keep track of inventory from both “stores”. It says one of the actions is change inventory in Square. The trial went ok, but I didn’t see any change in Square. 2 things - Do I have to have a different zap for each item in eBay Can anyone help me with what information about choices for - state - to state (I have in stock to sold?) and Inventory change type (I have adjustment)Thanks so much for any help to resolve this.
Hi Community, I have a Squarespace landing page with a simple function: A form to enter someone’s email address in order to receive future updates. I want an automatic “Thank you” email to be sent to the person signing up. In order to do this, I have tried to set up a Zap that integrates with a pre-prepared Mailgun template. The goal is to achieve the following: Zap pulls persons Email address and sends Mailgun Template to that individual. Simple. Im facing two issues: I cannot seem to strip the persons email address from the form submit - I have tested the function by replacing Mailgun with Gmail, but I cannot figure out how to feed this individuals email address into the zap. I cannot seem to have the option to send out the template I prepared on mailgun - I can only seemingly create an entirely new blank email for this. Is anybody able to provide me with any advise or support on how to achieve this simple task? I am also happy with just sending a simple email via GMail if need
Hi,I have a GET webhook that returns a number of records.It works fine in Postman, but in Zapier it only shows the first record.It is my understnading, that at this point, it will “split” my zap, and run once for each of these records. This is not my desired functionality, I want to get an array of all the records.This reply talks about that it’s possible, but doesn’t explain how it’s possible. Webhook GET only returns the first record | Zapier Community I’d guess ideally it would need to be done before the GET webhook, else you’d be trying to smash together all the records again, which would lead to loads of extra tasks, and then I couldn’t “continue” with the zap after, as it would be triggering for all of them.Can someone help with this? Thank you in advance EDIT: My end goal, is purely to try to find out if a particuar text string occurs in any of the values, so it’s not like I even need the data to be sorted into records or parsed, even the raw-data text output from the API call
Hello! I am new to Zapier, so forgive me if this question seems silly.I am a freelancer and have a Harvest member account to track time for one of my clients. They exclusively use Harvest for their organization and require all consultants to record their time there.However, I use FreshBooks for my own time tracking and invoicing.Right now, this means that every time entry must be manually entered in both Harvest and FreshBooks.Since it doesn’t seem to be possible to create a Zap trigger using a Harvest member account (administrators only), are there any workarounds for transferring Harvest member account time entries to other systems, like FreshBooks?
