Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to set up two different types of Zaps - But I keep getting error codes. I have been hitting the wall for days! The first zap is from square space to convertkit When someone fills out a form on square space I want their first and last name + email addresses sent to my Convertkit account. I keep getting error 404 every time I test the action The second zap is ore complicated. When someone fills out a form on Typeform I want them to be able to book a call with acuity scheduling, once the call is booked I also want Zapier to connect zoom so a link is generated for the call. From here I also want their first last names and email addresses added to Convertkit I can’t even get past the first integration on this one. Either get error 400 or 404. I would love if anyone could help?Please Warm wishes, Ghislain
Hi there,I need to track Stripe payments with Zapier. I’m able to track new customers and ‘Failed Payment’ but there are alots of ‘incomplete’ payments in Zapier. I want to track them. I am using Zapier to create a QuickBooks Online invoice when a Salesforce opportunity is created. I have a zap that uses the action Create Invoice in QuickBooks Online. I want the invoice number to be auto-generated with a specific format. I have a custom field in Salesforce that provides the first part of the invoice number (“FY22-”) then I want the QBO Invoice number to auto generate numbers appended to that. So it would be FY22-1, FY22-2, FY22-3, FY22-4, etc. Is this possible with Zapier? I tried putting AUTO_GENERATE after the custom field reference in the Invoice Number field, but that just resulted in “FY22-AUTO_GENERATE”.Field in the Create Invoice in QuickBooks Online actionResult in QuickBooks Online
I want to upload the pdf file on Salesforce but the problem is if I add any pdf file to my Google drive folder then it uploads the file on Salesforce but with text extension (.text) not in original file type. What should I do ?
I cannot get zappier to add contacts to mailchimp. I also need to add a tag to the contacts. I built the zap and tested, all was good but nothing happens when a new contact is added in Click Funnels. I need to set up new Webhooks to link Zoom with Zapier for those use cases which are not supported by the out-of-the-box triggers, for example, I need a trigger for people registering for all meetings and webinars, and for those who login to attend a meeting or webinar.This used to be straight forward to do, but now there is an issue caused by a change made by Zoom as they upgraded their system security, but which has not, so far, been accommodated by Zapier. As I result, it seems as if we cannot create new Webhooks for Zapier or edit existing ones. In addition, it seems as if existing Webhooks will cease to work in October.Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this or when Zapier will release a solution?
How do I make the following happen?I have a Google Sheet “X” that is shared by others and is updated every week with new tabs.I would like to be able to search “X” to find the new tab and search the rows to find “words” and when it does find it output the row into another Google Sheet that is just for my reference.The “words” will appear up to 6 times and I would like for this to run once a week.Is this possible?TIA!

Hello everyone, I use Zapier to push Sale orders from shipstation to Zoho’s. Shipstation is integrated with my Wix website, so every time an order occurs in Wix, it jumps to Shipstation and eventually jumps to Zoho’s Sale Order. But I realize that even though the Sale Order part is fine. But the inventory is not because I don’t have the Inventory integration, so the stock quantity won’t be affected. My goal is to control both the stock (inventory level) and the Sale Order. Do you know of a way to do so? Thank you for your time.

Hi All,We have some multipicklist values with commas in it and they are separated using the semicolons sent as an email, but after parsing the data through the mailbox, the zap action which is to create leads in Salesforce is splitting the commas to picklists which is causing issues. If there are no commas in the input data then it is working as expected the picklist were created only using semicolons.is there any way of ignoring the commas? Example Input data before parserToys, Games & Novelty ; Baby ; Other ; The mail parser is picking up everything but,Current Output data1: Toys2: Games & Novelty ;3: Baby ; 4: Other ; The Expected output1: Toys, Games & Novelty ;2: Baby ; 3: Other ;Any help is much appreciated.Thanks
I’ve been able to create a listing when i manually point the img url to an image located on a web server but i’m not sure how i could have the image i’ve uploaded into the folder as the listing image.
Struggling to understand the bridge I’m missing here. I receive a daily email with a Report.csv attachment. I’d like to overwrite an existing Google sheet with the detail in that attached report. Is this possible? I’ve started with New Attachment in Gmail and seem to have that setup fine. then, I was moving to Update Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets but can’t figure out how to connect the actual report data and have it fill in the sheet. I do not want to keep the previous data. Do I need to use the Formatter as a second step or a first step? If either, which Utility option do I select? Thanks in advance for your patience!
Request for Help with Zapier AutomationHello,I'm hoping to get some help with a Zapier automation I've been working on. I'm trying to connect OnceHub and Ontraport using Zapier, but I'm running into an issue with the time not being the same after the automation is published.I've tried different date-time formats, but the time still doesn't reflect correctly in Ontraport. For example, I booked a call for Monday 6th 2023, 3 PM EST in OnceHub, but it shows in Ontraport as Monday 6th 2023, 5 PM.I've been trying to troubleshoot the issue on my own, but I'm not having much luck. I'm hoping someone here can offer some advice or point me in the right direction.If you have any experience with connecting OnceHub and Ontraport through Zapier, or if you have any suggestions for how to resolve this time discrepancy, I would greatly appreciate your help.Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.
I’m trying to create a summary field in Hubspot that basically concatenates all the line items of the deal into one field that I’m going to push back up to a deal summary field. I’ve got the trigger setup to start when a deal is moved to won. Zap steps:I then go look up the associated line items I count how many there are (so I have a way to stop the loop) then I start the loop, it goes and finds the line items (one by one - each loop) It then puts them into a digest field which is constrained to publish after the loop has reached the count from the prior calculation Then I used the filter to push the final summary field (after all the loops have completed) And then I update the field in hubspot. It triggers, and runs until the last loop, I keep getting this error. How do I get this to work? Should I be using a digest for this or is there an easier way? Also when I’m using the filter with the loop, is there a different way to let it move past the last loop a

Hi, I crated my first zap that creates a task in Todoist when I create a calendar event in Microsoft outlook. I tested the zap and it worked nut when I published and tried an actual event it doesn't seem to work? Do I need to do anything else? thanks

Hello!I have a question if you could please help me. I have created a quiz with Perspective that has two different results. I’m trying to use Zapier to create a new contact in a Sendinblue email list with a specific tag for each survey result . I have read that using tags is better than using two different email lists, but I am not quite sure how to make those tags.Now for the first stept I have created the zap named Perspective funnel - Sendinblue and it works great! The leads from Perspective are in a specific email list from Sendinblue. My question is how can I differentiate the users with different quiz results so I could send them specific emails? Because now they are together despite the different results . Thank you!
Hello, I want to get some help from those who use “Push to Zapier” trigger in Slack for several connections. Background: I wanted to export a message and several elements of it to Google Spreadsheet with “Push to Zapier” function. (This was the only option AFAIK because I wanted to export messages from both private and public channels.) Plus, I wanted to use this function to be available to all my connections with Slack, so I duplicated a base zap I created into several ones to use them for several connections. I set up all the connections I have between Slack and Zapier, and all the zaps were successfully published and turned on. (In consequence, in my Home folder of Zapier, now I can see 10+ zaps that are basically the same except the accounts (connections) used for them.) Problem: After setting up several connections with duplicated zaps and turning all of them, I tried to use “Push to Zapier” function. However, a few of them get a message “Something went wrong with your pushed mess

I have two similar products in Kajabi. Each product is a different price point. Whenever I set up my Zaps, I’m unable to connect it specific to each product. My payment processor is Stripe. It seems as though when a product is purchased, it should grant access to the specific product, however, it isn’t. The result is that my Zaps are executing based on a general action for all products. Can someone help share advice on how to make my Zap more specific to each individual product in Kajabi. Thank you for your help in advance.
