My Zap to Find/create contact in Zoho when a document completed in PandaDoc doesn't work

Has someone created a trigger to Find or create contact in Zoho when document completed in PandaDoc ? I can’t compleate the workflow.

In order for us to have context, please provide detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

When you tested did you encountered an error? (If yes, then please provide a screenshot of the error message.)

Did you test while configuring the Zap steps OR when the Zap was turned ON?
