I want to set a Zap that transfers data to Shopify as a new product when I add a new product (row) to my Excel sheet. I haven’t been able to get a Zap to work thus far. A couple of clarifying questions:does adding a new row literally mean I need to insert a new row, or does adding data in cells in the bottom row constitute a ‘new row’ should I be setting the zap to consider ‘update in row’ instead? If so, how long do I have to enter data in my columns of that row before the Zap is triggered?

Thanks.-PS. I’ve already made sure the ‘ Disable storing entry information in WordPress’ is unselected. Not sure what else to do.
Hi, When sending emails (gmail) with zapier, there appears an extra paragraph in the body of the received email, when it is not supposed to (this has happened to me in another different zap - same issue). Zapier input with no paragraph or extra space between “tua” and “candidatura” (sorry for the portuguese) Marked in red the issue Hope you cand help me.Thanks

I am trying to set up a Zap for when a Jotform (trigger) is completed an Jotform to complete is then sent to a persons email (action). I am receiving an error stating "Failed to create an assign form in Jotform. The app returned "Please re-connect to your Jotform account".My Jotform is linked in the trigger (green check mark showing successful) and it has even pulled over a test submission. When I recheck all my fields everything is set up correctly. I am unsure why am receiving this error. Pics provided.
Hi guys.This is the problem:I need create a Whatsapp chatbot for a real estate agency. When a message comes in, the potential customer gets asked about there preferences, whether he’s looking for a house or an apartment, how many bedrooms, location, etc.Based on the answers the potential customer should receive links to listings of properties which fit their preferences, within the Whatsapp chat.I thought maybe I could accomplish that by combining Manychat and Google Sheets. All the listings of properties are stored in a Google Sheet. All of them have tags, which indicate the loacation, number of bedrooms etc. and the link for the listing on the website is in a separate column.But something is missing. How do I get all the links of all listings which fit their preferences in the Whatsapp chat?Does anybody have an idea?Thank you so much guys.
Hello, We have a Zap step where we send an email with some photos attached from our job management platform “ServiceM8” We are getting an intermittent problem whereby the email is failing with a 403 error code. Please see screenshot attached. The bit that is confusing is that its an intermittent fault, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.Thank you

FB leads not importing full name and phone number but it imports just time in google sheets. First one is the sample I tested and it works but then when the real lead comes in it imports only TIME and not full name and phone number.What could be wrong? thanks…
Hi, I have created a zap to automate my facebook leads to Activecampaign and creating a new contact in Master Contact list. However, the leads do not flow to my Master Contact list automatically. Is there something wrong with my Zap? I had tested my zap before publishing and tested that the connection was ok. A dummy lead was also created in Activecampaign during my test zap. Please help!
Hi, I recognize a similar question was posed here, but I did not understand the response. I have the File upload feature in my Typeform and it allows people to upload pictures from their desktop to Typeform. I also would like these same pictures to show up on my Google slides. Unfortunately, when I export to Google Slides, all I see is a URL: https://api.typeform.com/forms/... When I independently try to click on the url, I get: {"code":"AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","description":"Authentication credentials not found on the Request Headers"}Is there a straightforward way to transfer the pics?

Hey Guys, I have been trying to get data from google sheets -> then using zapier webhook , making a post call to create a new app card item.Im not using miro card widget directly because it doesn’t have all the fields, like profile url and various data objects.https://developers.miro.com/reference/create-app-card-itemSo, when I try the post, its says "Failed to create a request in "Webhooks by ZapierThe app returned "No authorization data was found on the request". but I have provided Authorization, Accept and Content-Type. Can someone please help me with the issue? or can you replicate the same if it works for you?
I thought I submitted this question yesterday, but I guess it didn’t go through. I have a zap that is triggered when a Salesforce Opportunity is created, and it creates an invoice in QuickBooks Online. This works great so far when opportunities are created one at a time. My question is what Zapier will do when 100-200 Opportunities are created at the same time through an automation in Salesforce. Will it be able handle that and create the same number of QuickBooks Online invoices?
Hi!I’m getting from a API response this information as a comma delimited list:Name: A Name: B FirstIn: 20-01-23Note that the first one does not have a FirstIn value, since it hasn’t yet logged in The exact format would be this:Output Name:{“A”,”B”} Output FirstIn: {“”,”20-01-23”} If I pass both variables to Line Itemizer, I’ll get this:Name: A FirstIn: 20-01-23 Name: BOutput Name:[“A”,”B”] Output FirstIn: [”20-01-23”] Because it ignores null values and mixes them up. I see it interprets the output of FirstIn for B as null, but the null should be imputed for A.I need to parse both variables (Name and FirstIn) as line items because I’ll be using them in a SpreadSheet-Style Formula in next stepsHow would you solve this? Hi!I have an AirTable base which collects photos submitted via Cognito Forms.Sometimes, we want to move those photos to MediaGraph - our professional digital asset management solution. I have a webhook working which does this automatically, but cannot get one working if the user waits a few days (the Cognito referring link expires after 72 hours).Below is a screenshot of the webhook. I need something to replace the “from_url” value, because if the user does not send it within 72 hours, the link expires.Anyone familiar with airtable and have a suggestion?Thank you!

Hey, I'm having a problem with a Zap, I need to set the 1st lead to some pipedrive account, the 2nd lead to another pipedrive account, and the 3rd lead to a different one, and then I need it to star over so they can still get all the leads in that specific order, but everyone is receiving all the leads, I don't know why or what I'm doing wrong.I'm using 3 different Paths and working with Get Value in Storage.Please help me!
Hi there, I am trying to run a zap where for each new entry in a form, it sends an bettermode invitation. the problem is that zapier is not able to send data to bettermode. when i contacted bettermode, they were not able to replicate the error. the error is on zapiers side.please see the screenshots for proof that i filled out every necessary field and for the error message. please help!
New to Zapier, but could not find an answer through my search, so turning to the network to hopefully get a resolution. I have set up two (2) Zaps in separate folders to transfer Facebook Leads to Gmail. The reason for two is that the client has two separate businesses that we manage Facebook Ads for and require the leads to be sent to each of the respective businesses. The challenge I am encountering is that I am only able to ‘turn on’ one of the Zaps at a time. Need to have both of these turned on always. Any help is appreciated.

I have a lookup table in Salesforce with a series of lookup values like WMIB000003One batch of a product we deliver has the first lookup value stored in Salesforce. The batch typically has 25 units of the product within it. However, the 25 units all go up incrementally e.g. WMIB000004, WMIB000005… BUT only the first value is stored in Salesforce. I want to use Zapier to take a form submission which could have any code from the batch, and query the Salesforce table, but if it doesn’t find a match, query again with -1 increment… OR query a range of codes. If anyone knows a tool or function to help do this it would be massively appreciated.
Hello,Can anyone please help.When setting up a Zapp to retrieve Hotjar survey responses and publish them to a google sheet i am not being offered a hotjar data point for the answers to the survey questions.My row headers (Response 1, Response 2) for the google sheet are shown in the zapp rule configurator (see below) but a zapp data point for the answers to the questions is not available from the data points i can add into these sections.Has anyone had this issue? is there something i might be missing?Thanks, in advance for any help.
