Looking for someone to help with this issue i came across with, 

 

trying to connect mail chimp and traineriz so new user can start using the program in the app

The error appears to be saying that the connected account doesn’t have the right permissions. Can you double-check the account’s permissions in Trainerize to make sure it’s got the right permissions to access and edit training data?

Looking at the different permissions for Trainerize, it looks like it’ll need to have either Owner or Admin level permissions.

If the right permissions aren’t quite right, can you change them in Trainerize then reconnect the Trainerize account? That’ll ensure that we’re connecting to Trainerize with the correct permissions. Please let us know if that sorts it!
