I have an AirTable base which collects photos submitted via Cognito Forms.
Sometimes, we want to move those photos to MediaGraph - our professional digital asset management solution.
I have a webhook working which does this automatically, but cannot get one working if the user waits a few days (the Cognito referring link expires after 72 hours).
Below is a screenshot of the webhook. I need something to replace the “from_url” value, because if the user does not send it within 72 hours, the link expires.
Anyone familiar with airtable and have a suggestion?
