I am trying to set up a Zap for when a Jotform (trigger) is completed an Jotform to complete is then sent to a persons email (action). I am receiving an error stating "Failed to create an assign form in Jotform. The app returned "Please re-connect to your Jotform account".
My Jotform is linked in the trigger (green check mark showing successful) and it has even pulled over a test submission. When I recheck all my fields everything is set up correctly. I am unsure why am receiving this error. Pics provided.

About the JotForm Integration

  • Admin/owner permissions: Sub-user accounts can run into permissions errors with fetching data and it may be necessary to get access to the main account. European users will need to select "Yes" when asked "Do you use European Datacentres?" while connecting their accounts.
  • Paid/versioned account: Free JotForm accounts are limited to 1,000 API requests per day. Paid JotForm accounts are limited to 10,000 API requests per day. For branded accounts (i.e. yourcompanyname.jotform.com), use the Jotform Enterprise app.

Thank you for the help. I checked my connection and everything looks good there. I have other Zaps using the Jotform and those Zaps are working. 

As far as the sub-user account, I am the admin on the account. 

I also haven’t gotten close to the 1k request per day.
