I can't do calendly and tilda integration
Hello Team, I am using Webhooks with Zapier to send a JSON post to an external service. I have set up the zap to have this configurationValid URL Endpoint Payload Type = JSON Valid Data + headers for the endpoint. Where I am running into a problem, is if any of my parameters has a value with a [space] in between it, the zap fails to send. As an example if I put in a parameter of “CampaignName” with a value of “Example Test”, then the entire zap fails to send out from zapier. It throws an error. How is this resolved? I attached a screenshot with fake data in it of the zap.

Hi,We want to migrate from WooCommerce to Shopify but due to a complex ERP integration (Dynamics Navision 2009) the process is getting delayed. I am not sure if Zapier can fix the problem by connecting both platforms; Shopify (to act as a frontend) and WooCommerce (to act as a middleware). Simply, the paid orders with customer and product data will be pushed as an order to WooCommerce which will push it to the ERP. And updated stock levels and order status to be pushed back from WooCommerce to Shopify. Also, new product data to be pushed to Woo from Shopify. Please let me know if this is feasible. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks Marc

I’ve got a zap that needs to have customer information set to be used in the zap, and it seems that Zapier has no way to set zap scope variables.I’m currently doing it using a code block and setting them there, but that makes it so the zap can’t be shared, which is another requirement.Any ideas on how to set variables to be used in the zap?
I am trying to find a way to automate google forms in the following way:Whenever someone enters their name into the Form response, zap creates a Google sheet by their name and append all the other information of that form to that sheet. However, if the excel sheet by their name already exists it should only add another row to the Google sheet already there.The second part seems to be very tricky and I cannot find a way to accomplish this any help is appreciated
Hi!I have an old zap that I haven’t set up that grants an offer in Kajabi when a checkout is successful in Quaderno. Everything is working fine, it grants an offer like it should but it is a specific offer, and we have several different offers tho choose between. I wonder if it is possbile to make a zap dynamic so it detects what specific offer to grant dependent on what has been payed for? Or do I have to create a separate zap for each individual offer ion Kajabi?Thanks in advanceHenrik
I have been trying to use Zapier to bring a Zendesk Ticket into a conditional Kissflow form, is there a way around all of the required boxes so it doesn’t mess up the entries in Kissflow?Follow up question: how can I change the format of the dates in Zendesk to match what Kissflow wants to receive? Hi,I have read about 15 different posts and the documentation on WooCommerce but I feel like I am missing a crucial step or I don’t understand how to loop or something.I am trying to add an order to my WooCommerce backend from Checkfront (an online booking solution). Checkfront gives the data in a line item format, it just does not include the SKU - I have created a lookup table to lookup the sku values but I can only figure out how to look up one.Source data from Checkfront:I transformed the items field into individual fields (however I am not convinced this is correct) - since the source data is in a proper array I think I should be able to loop through it somehow...Here is the lookup table:What I need to do is get each of the line items above into the wooCommerce action with the SKU matched from the table above…
We are looking for a service/system which help us automate our Stripe emails. We have some "Failed payments" on Stripe and want to send an automatic email whenever a "Failed payment" occur. Firstly - no technical knowledge, I’ve trawled Google and here but have reached the end of my capabilities.I’m trying to re-link a zap to Smart Survey, it’s worked for years but suddenly stopped.Zapier says that the Smart Survey account is out of date, it’s not, as far as I know. I have re-entered the username and password for SS but get an error message saying authentication failed, ensure your API token and token secret are correct.I’ve checked SS and there is an active API set up for Zapier and the survey I’m trying to connect to has all the permissions allowed to share the results, but I still get the same error message in Zapier.Any suggestions (in very easy layman’s terms please). I am able to Find a File in Google Drive (a shared Drive) - which is a Template Doc - and then Find a Folder in that Drive, but when I move to Create Doc from Template, I’m unable to select the Folder it just found! But it’s using the template file it just found! What gives?From other threads (like this from a year ago: https://community.zapier.com/topic/show?tid=7332&fid=3) it seems like this is a known issue that was being worked on but is not yet resolved.Is there a way, currently, to create a Doc from a Template in a Shared Drive?
Hello, So I am trying to use Zapier to send an email, upon completion of a task, that is populated in a Custom field on a Task in Asana.My setup:Trigger:App and Event: Asana and Completed TaskAccount: My accountWorkspace and Project: Both are set to the correct workspace and project Action:App and Event: Microsoft Outlook/Send EmailChoose Account: My AccountSetup Action:** This is where the issue is** I don’t see the custom field when looking through the insert Data options on the “To” field. When doing a search for the board ID/number, it shows the attached screenshot.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, what I’m trying to create a scheduled automatic creation of worksheet based on “Pretty Date”These are the steps I’ve made:Every week schedule (Trigger) Get Webhook data Create a new worksheet with Title from 1. “Pretty Date” Find the worksheet that was pulled from 1. “Pretty Date” Create multiple spreadsheet rows with the worksheet found with “Pretty Date” title. I want my event on Eventbrite to show up on the Public Google Events Calendar. So I did an Eventbrite & Google Calendar integration. I did it once correctly. It took a while for me to get the “success” email but it worked. It showed up on Google Events.I want to do a repeated event, every Saturday and I think I filled out all the questions correctly. BUT my event isn’t showing up for the next Saturday event. So I created a new event and published it but I’m not sure if I did it correctly.How long does it take to get a “Success” Your transfer is complete”?How do I know I have a transfer in the works? Hello,Seems as of… maybe yesterday, every Zap I try to create I get the following error.Unexpected error displaying this part: a is undefined I’ve selected Email by Zapier, Microsoft Office365. Then I click next and before it brings me to perhaps the account sync for Microsoft Office365 or right after I create a posting address for the Email by Zapier, I get that error. A google search turned up nothing.
Hi, I need help with creating a Zap. I'm trying to create a Zap that will add a subtask to Asana from a new Helpdesk ticket. I have many custom fields in asana. And I don't know how to explain that the subtask (new ticket from helpdesk) should understand which specific section and task it should go to. Can you help me or give me some tricks? :)

I tried copying and using the exact zap I am able to trigger it - and it seems to run - but after Alexa asks “What would you like the email to say” I can can respond with a phrase or any word really and then I get a message “oops something went wrong” and the email doesn’t get sent - anyone have any tips or advice on getting this template to work? any ideas? thanks a lot!
I have a form that inputs answers in a google sheet, then a zap sends those form answers to chatgpt.What I’m looking for is to have the response from chatgpt be pulled into the same row as the answers were. The answers from chatgpt will always be column C, but will change row dynamically with the input from the initial form.I have figured out how to get the response into the right columns, but they are always into the same row, row 3, and they continue to override the same input, never dynamically moving down the sheet. Does anyone have experience with this?
The current approach is using an open API key and integrating with zapier schedule and Linkedin, but my point is Content URL. How if the post is a daily build, and I can fill in the unique URL in advance
Hi,When I use the trigger Specific Column Value Changed in Board in monday.com for a subitem, I would need it’s item parent ID to reference it in another formula / automation. This information doesn’t show up in the different output fields in Zapier. I saw in the monday.com documentation that there seems to be a way to query the subitem’s parent item ID (https://developer.monday.com/api-reference/docs/subitems) but since I’m new at this, I’m not too sure how to do it ;) Any help is more than welcome!Thanks!
I have multiple shared drives that I have all appropriate permissions for. They all have different types of jobs in them as drives have a maximum number of items allowed. Eg. 1-10000, 10001-20000, 20001-30000.These all have individual folders within them for each project number.Eg. 1 - Bobs Shop, 10002 - Suzies Shop When I get emails I want to automatically download the attachments and place them in the correct sub folder. At this stage I am changing the subject of the email to match the Job number and then getting Zapier to search for the job number in the shared drive that matched the subject and place that attachment there. It works with searching one of the drives but I cant work out how to make it search all the drives and then place it in the right one. I have lined up all the steps but am getting confused on how to get the search fuction that came back true to be the only one used. Does anyone have a good idea on how to get this working? Mainly worried about the search function
