I can’t make my deployment smooth, because i can’t just switch my environment and push changes, because also i must change link to my authorization page at helpText (because it still doesn’t support environment variables). Is there any way to use environment for help text now or i must always remember to change my helpText manually every time i switch between integrations of same API, but different countries (each country has different set of actions/triggers, so i can’t just use single integration).

Hi,I have an Airtable with member data and would like to pull them into MailChimp via Zapier. It’s not letting me select all fields from the Airtable (including Organisation) or specify a country without indicating a full address (which I don’t ask members for). I’ve seen these fields added in other Zaps, but can’t figure out how to do it for mine. Any advice would be welcome!
I am trying to create a few different zaps, but they are all coming up with similar issues.First off, I am trying to create a zap that once someone has purchased my course in Kajabi, it will automatically add them to my Flodesk subscriber list, and then automatically send them a confirmation email from Flodesk.Similarly, I am also trying to create a zap where once someone purchases my course in Kajabi, it automatically sends them my Docusign contract via email for them to sign. Once I get to the “Action” part under Step 2 (Create/Update Subscriber in Flodesk) - it asks for the segment to add them to on Flodesk, and then underneath, a specific email, first and last name. I obviously don’t want to have to add each new student’s email and name manually into the zap in order for them to receive their confirmation email, as that defeats the purpose of the automation. Dear All,Is there a way to pass content of Jira issue using the same text format to Trello as it is? Because now out of few paragraphs it does create one paragraph. I did try Formatter to convert text from HTML to Markdowm, but as seems this function is faulty. Hello. As the title states I am looking for a way to replace multiple characters that may be found within the “Input text” field of Formatter/Replace. The reason for this is we are attempting to pass along a new Teams channel name to Microsoft Graph and there are known characters that don’t play nice.~#%&*{}+/\:<>?|‘”I am able to test with only one of these characters in the “Find” field and achieve removing that characters, but how do I include several(all of them would be ideal) from a single step?Many thanks for any assistance.
Hi everyone,I am using the new CalendarGPT feature within ChatGPT to add a new event to my Google Calendar. I believe I’ve set everything up properly and double-checked I’m using the correct calendar. I even re-authorized the account multiple times within Zapier. Unfortunately, I continuously am told by CalendarGPT that it’s receiving an error that I need write access to the calendar.I’ve looked everywhere in my Google Calendar settings but don’t see anywhere to grant write access to a 3rd party. Anyone have tips on how to proceed?Attached are my authorized actions within Zapier. Hey Y’all! I have a very useful contentful > Ontraport integration set up, but my contentful account has a 5000 entry limit and it’s taking a lot of time to manually delete them. However, when i click the + at the end of the zap it does not let me add contenful. Now, I can ALSO just create a new zap when a contact is added to ontraport, and then delete the contact in contentful, but that will literally double my zap usage. Any other ways to do this? As I’m looking here, it appears as if I can’t create any new zaps with contentful as the target. Did they remove the platform?
Hi, I’ve just connected Google Sheets to Microsoft Outlook so that when I add a new client to a row in my Google Sheets spreadsheet, the client will receive an automated welcome email. When I tested the Zap, the email recieved on the client side looks like the image attached, which won’t inspire confidence with our clients. How can I change this so that the email just appears to ccome from our own domain (inspire-alpine.com)? Many thanks, Ricky

Hello -I honestly have given up more than once on zapier, but I’m back, b/c I believe in this product. So here’s my issue. I need someone who knows this platform well enough to first do just one thing, to connect it to another platform that I want to work off of. From there once it’s connected I will then need to have the workflow developed.Does anyone know a developer associated with zapier that can do this work?Please advise.Thanks,Steve
I’m new to this. Problem in need of a solution: I have a new CRM system that needs emails to be sent in a ADF/XML format. Quite a few of our lead sources do not send in that format. I’m looking for guidance on how to create a zap that will take those leads and covert them into an ADF or XML message to send into my CRM. Thank you!

I am building an App on Zaiper which on running the validation throws the validation error saying: Needs a successful task I have two active Zaps created for the App and both run fine when trigger is activated. Hello, there is any way the Zapier bot sends a private message to a user that sends a trigger word to a channel, instead of posting it to the same channel or to other channel that it whispers the message to the user that sends that trigger word? It only allows now to set the bot to reply the trigger to a channel, and not privately, thing that many known bots do. Thanks!
I want to upload the pdf file on Salesforce but the problem is if I add any pdf file to my Google drive folder then it uploads the file on Salesforce but with text extension (.text) not in original file type. What should I do ?

Hi folks, brand new to Zapier but I can’t wait to see it work its magic! I have the following situation I’m hoping to automate:- I have a spreadsheet for new users that is auto-filled by a Google Form (first name, last name, etc). When a user’s details appear as a new row, there is a blank column for product key.- In another worksheet (inside the same Google Sheet), there is a list of product keys- When we add a user to the database, we cut a product key from that worksheet and paste it into the main worksheet in the product key column- We then compose an email to the user with their first/last name, the product key, and redemption instructions. - Finally we add their user account details to our database with an SQL insert query.
