Hello Zapier Community,I'm currently working on automating an API request to Strava for uploading activity data (a “.tcx” file). However, I’m encountering issues with setting up the multipart/form-data for a file upload through Zapier's API Request action.Here’s the example curl request provided by Strava for reference (https://developers.strava.com/docs/uploads/):Example Request For file, the @ symbol means to use the content of the file at the file path we specify. I have a zap from mailchimp to dynamics CRM, which creates any new subscibers in our CRM database and a return zap with the GUID for the contact. All ok so far!However, when I try to use the GUID to identify and update that CRM record later, I get an error that says zapier expected to find “)’ or ‘,’ in the contacts GUID. Can anyone shed any light on why I am encoutering this issue and what I can do to fix it please? Many thanks, Kerry
I am having trouble connecting Zapier to our jira instance because when it asks for login information it tells me that my credentials are incorrect, but I think this is because we go through google to log into JIRA? Can someone help me figure out how to connect Zapier to my JIRA while using my Google login? :)
I am trying to add a tag to a customer in Drip once they receive their order. I am trying to automate a workflow that starts once the order is received by the customer and all I see in ShipStation is a Zap for order created, not fulfilled. I know ShipStation updates WooCommerce after delivery, but I can’t seem to get WooCommerce to send that info to Drip either. Any ideas?

I am trying to create a zap that triggers from an in coming gmail then update a quickbase record.Problem is that the string of text from the email doesnt seem to find a record id in quickbase.If I type the string in manually it works, but using the string from the email doesnt (see image)If I actually type 899VUO into the criteria value it works…..Any help appreciated..
Hi, I have a Zap set up with Webhook trigger (POST request) and second step of Print with ezeep Blue. I am sending a PNG as the payload. This works great except I am trying to print small labels and they come out very large. Is there a way to set a custom print size for the output? None of the listed options are small enough.Alternatively, is there a way to send ZPL commands using ezeep Blue?

I have multiple integrations between hubspot and microsoft to-do using Zapier. I’m pretty new at this. So I’m pretty happy that I was able to create a Zap that uses a trigger of “new calendar event” in Outlook, to create a copy of that event on another calendar without Outlook. That works great. However, if I delete the event or update it, it does not seem to also update the zapped copy. How do I get it to do that?

Hello, I was able to gain Oauth2 access token in my app using “authorization_code” grant type to get list of zaps for the platform user. it was giving me a access_token and refresh_token. Now, I was not able to renew the new access token using refresh_token. Hi, In the “New Record Trigger” from “Zoho Recruit (1.17.0)” Zap App one could select a module (i.e. Contacts) and then a view. This was very helpful, because one could set views in Zoho with multiple complex filter criteria. Then the Zap would only trigger if a record in that view would be changed or created. The replacement for this Zap App does no have the view anymore. Is there a way or a plan to get this back in there? Can you relate that to the Zoho people? Thanks, Thomas.
I just received a flux of e-mails in my inbox notifying me about an error with all of the Instagram to RSS Zaps I have setup in our account. The error for all of them states: “Could not find posts for user with id: XXXXXXXXXXXX: API access disrupted. Go to the App Dashboard and complete Data Use Checkup.” We haven’t passed our data usage for the month, and there are no indicators that something else needs to be setup in my settings. Is there a known issue with the Instagram integration to Zapier?

Hello all,general goal is to create a record in CRM once an email goes in. I have looked on the internet extensively but unfortunately not found the right thread :(I would like to create tags for emails that contain specific keywordsExample:If email content contains: “bathtub, toilet, toothbrush, shower” → set tag “bathroom”If email content contains: “couch, table, dinner, TV” → set tag “living room”+ fallback value; if keywords are not found: → set tag “house” The emails that come in can be quite different, so would not use a parser.I have thought about lookup table but it doesnt work because it cannot only extract the keywords. Would I have to use a zapier formatter “extract” beforehand?Is there maybe also another way? Cheers, Peter

Hello everyone! I work for an workshop venue, where we have many different ~5-day workshops during the year. Currently, a workshop organiser is sent a doc when they are approved that has a summary of their workshop and links to various documents in it. This includes a link where participants can sign up for shuttle times. These are currently in google sheets (bleh). I can use Zapier to automate the creation of all of the event-related documents that I need (great), and next I would like to find a way that this can be presented more cleanly and professionally than in google sheets. I have two needs:A way to automatically create a webpage based on a template, where I can then fill in links and other information as needed. A way for a shuttlebus signup form to be embedded in that page At first I thought I may be able to use Notion, but it doesn’t look like there is much integration between Notion and Zapier. Same for Google Sites… Any thoughts as to what products I could use to make thi
