Create tag in Drip when order delivered (WooCommerce, ShipStation, Stripe, and QB integrated)

I am trying to add a tag to a customer in Drip once they receive their order.  I am trying to automate a workflow that starts once the order is received by the customer and all I see in ShipStation is a Zap for order created, not fulfilled.  I know ShipStation updates WooCommerce after delivery, but I can’t seem to get WooCommerce to send that info to Drip either.  

Any ideas?

I would try the New Order or Order Shipped triggers with ShipStation. Alternatively, the WooCommerce integration can trigger when an order is updated which might be more specific to your needs if coupled with a filter action.
