Hi there, I’m trying to use Zapier to go through all my Outlook appointment and export them to a Google Sheet. Obviously I can do this as new appointments are made or as appointments are changed but I cannot find a way to simply ask Zapier to go through all existing appointments and export to Google sheets. I'm trying to create a zap that creates a new person in Drip (action) when a new contact is created in Pipedrive (trigger).The contact in Pipedrive is set up with separate fields for first and last name, but when selecting the data to transfer across to Drip, only the full name is available from the “Insert data” dropdown list of Pipedrive fields.If I can't transfer first and last name as separate fields from Pipedrive, then I can't properly personalise the auto-emails sent from Drip with a decent greeting (eg. Hi James)!.This seems like such an obvious piece of data to pull from one CRM system to another that I feel like I must be doing it wrong some how! I'm a new zapier user.The zap works and creates the person in Drip, but their name fields aren't filled which is a problem for the automation.Thanks in advance!
Within my API, validation errors are returned with a HTTP error 400 and a message.When I test the API as an action in Zapier and hit a validation error, zapier flags the zap as failed, emails me to tell me there is an issue but all I get is the first word of the error message as Zapier truncates the messageWhat happened (You are seeing this because you are an admin):Stack trace: ResponseError: {"status":400,"headers":{"content-type":"application/json"},"content":"{\"success\":false,\"message\":\"AnHow should I be returning validation errors from my API so that Zapier will handle them in a more friendly error. Hello, as I undestood from FAQ, Zapier checks new content for trigger (wordpress legacy) ~every 15 minutes.But it is possible to configure Zapier checking time for different values, for example 30 min or 1 hour?I mean, I found Zapier Schedule, but when I use it I can’t setup “new post” on Step 2 because it possible only on Trigger step.

I have one Zap that creates an AirTable record whenever a customer makes an Acuity reservation. A second Zap monitors Stripe for the credit card transaction, subtracts the Stripe Transaction Fee off of the Stripe Amount, and I want it to search for and update the relevant AirTable record, but I can’t get that step to work. The Stripe->AirTable Zap in question starts with Stripe, builds in a delay to ensure Acuity/Zapier/AirTable have time to create the AirTable record, then Formatter subtracts the Stripe Transaction Fee off of the Stripe Amount, and Formatter changes Stripe’s date-time format into what AirTable stores from Acuity. At this point, I want Zapier to search AirTable for whatever record has *BOTH* the client’s name (from Stripe) *AND* the formatted time of when the booking was made, then update that record with the formatted income amount. Hello, we have a Zap that’s sending updated WooCommerce order data to a Google Spreadsheet. It all works fine, except that we have three columns within the Google Sheet we don’t want to have populated. Unfortunately, Zappier is sending some data to those columns and appropriate cells, breaking a formula we have there. Is there a setting/solution that allows us to send only the data to which we have populated or mapped, or some setting that doesn’t update those columns?In a nutshell, we don’t want columns P, V, W populated, as those serve only for our local, Google Sheet calculations. Thus, we can’t have any data sent out to those cells or we need the formula attached to those sent over someway. Hope this clears it up.Thanks!
Hello, I’d like to set up a zap in order to upload attachments from gmail to google drive. Does it have to be from a unique sender or can I use multiples sender when I set up the trigger ? Hi there, I need to regularly manage my inventory levels of over 1400 products in shopify. My supplier sends me daily updates in a spreadsheet/csv format and I am hoping to use the data in this format to update my inventory levels in Shopify. I can see there are functions to support this, but it appears there are a few issues with the way I am currently setting up the zap. I know I can probably use an API call or webhook to accomplish this, but I am not there yet so I was hoping Zapier could help in the meantime. I want Zapier to be able to match the sku with the appropriate item in Shopify and update the inventory to the integer given in the spreadsheet. The zap I am using appears to have an action that can be triggered to update inventory on a single product at a time, but not multiple products. I’ve seen a few other similar posts in the questions forum about this, but was not able to find any good answers so I’m hoping someone will have some good advice for me here. Thanks

I can transfer my Facebook leads without any problem…. Why doesn´t it work? I am a bit desperate. I am sure everything is connected.

Hello!I’ve got a Zap connecting Docparser to Xero, the Zap uses all the data from an Invoice/Receipt that was sent to Docparser to create a Bill in Xero. There are Line-Items in my original ‘Invoice/Receipt’ and I’d like to use the first 2-words of each Line-Item as the ‘Bill Reference’ inside Xero. Here’s the issue I need to solve: Sometimes the first 2 words of the various Line-Items are identical and end up repeating the same data in the ‘Bill Reference’. Is it possible to format this identical data to replace: ‘Item N, Item N, Item N, Item O’ and format it as: ‘3x Item N, Item O’? Has anyone got a technique for this?

Hello, I would like to transfer the tracking number listed here : When I change the status of the Tracking Update field. So far I have only managed to update the latest Woocommerce order. I receive a daily email with an XLSX attachment with more than 3000 rows. I’d like to overwrite an existing Google sheet with a column in that attached xlsx.Here is my process:Find new attachment (Gmail) --> Upload to google driveNew Google sheet in a Google drive --> Find Worksheet in Google SheetsMy main problem is that in Find Worksheet I need to select a file that is already uploaded to Drive but I want it to always change with the new attachment.I have tried different things but I get errors. Any idea on the process?
I have 3 different Zaps that rely on Views in Airtable. Records come in and out of the Views based on Filters. I’ve noticed that when I setup a Zap on a particular View … if the Example record I used gets filtered out, it breaks the Zap for the new record that comes into the View. I can reconnect it again based on the new record, and it works immediately. Has anyone else experienced this? Any way around it? Or do I have to leave every Example Record used to create a Zap in the view indefinitely? Thanks!

Each flight consists of a departure city and destination city.I need for a user to be able toa) submit a form with their name, email address and which flight route they desire (departure and destination city). I’ll do this through Knack.and then the complicated part...b) receive notifications based on the criteria they chose in the first step. IE - They’d be notified if a flight from only Vegas going to only Miami is inputted into our Knack database in the future.Any help would be soooo appreciated.
