I’m trying to set up a zap that will send a text confirmation when someone fills out a jotform but that text looks like its coming from my cell phone number so that if they reply, I get the message. Anyone have an idea on which app would be the best to use for this? is it even possible?

That is possible and while I can’t exactly name the ones that do, I think you can dig into these software and find the right one:
Zapier doesn’t actually modify numbers, it’s done on the platform itself. So it’s more likely a question for the platform.
