Hi, I’m getting stuck with the JS code. Basically I’m getting single line of order from WooCommerce, counting the quantity of products for this line and creating number of rows in Google Sheets that equals the quantity. In order to do this I’ve created Code block that should return line items that can be used later to create Google Sheet record. My code is here: The test runs gives such output : However in following step - creating Google Sheets record - I’m not getting Line item support: only separete lines. So runnig this zap will create only one row in Google Sheet. What am I doing wrong?
Has anyone else struggled with Zapier and clickfunnels? I’ve sent up two different Zaps for two different funnels and one of the Zaps has been extracted data from the other funnel even though it hadn’t be set up to that funnel. Almost like Zapier had mixed up the two Zaps? Embarassing as customers have been sent emails from Companies they didn’t sign up with

This post was split from the topic: Discord username errorThe problem still exist, please do not close the ticket.From what I understand, Zapier is not search Discord properly for the username. On Discord, many people can have the same username. This is why Zapier must pull a Discord user’s unique user ID - however it doesn’t. If you have 3 people on your server named Bob, it will pull the first one and does not recognize unique user IDs. This is 100% part of the issue at hand.
I’m looking for a service that can receive an inbound text and the first inbound text gets a specific automated reply, and every inbound text after that gets a different automated text.For example, if I offer a job to a contact list via text, and the first person to reply get the job, then I need an automation that will reply with a specific message to the first person that responds, and for all other responses after that I need another response like “job already taken.” Anyone know of a Zapier integration that can do this? I am going to use ClickSend as my SMS program to send out the mass texts. They have automated responses but I can distinguish between an automation for the first reply back received, and every other reply back after the first. Any help much appreciated!
Hi!I have a zap set up from my Google sheets to my Google calendar. It's a list of Instagram topics with columns of:date - start time - end time - topic - and notesThe dates are listed daily from today, right up until late September. They are formatted as dates. The zap works both in the test and when I launched it, however some random dates are missing on the Google sheet (which they are not)Attached are pics of the sheet and the purple 🟣 in the calendar are the zaps that have worked. There should be a 🟣 event every single day.Is this an issue with my sheet or the zap?
I’d like to create a relationship between two subscription products in Woocommerce, to allow for an upgrade from one membership tier to the next. User purchases new, higher-tier subscription Zapier searches for an existing, lower-tier subscription under the user’s email address If lower-tier subscription exists, Zapier calculates prorated amount for the unused duration of the lower-tier subscription, and refunds that portion of the earlier transaction. Is this possible?My credit card processor is Stripe—if not possible through Woocommerce, perhaps I could achieve it that way? Hello all, I’m trying to send Jira service desk tickets to zohodesk via zapier and i have some troubles with the “contact Id” fields on zohodesk side. For every tests i do i get this error message “ The app returned "The data is invalid due to validation restrictions".According to support zapier this message concern the “contact id” field. So I’m working to build a zapier integration for our service. The data payload we send has a few different sets of arrays which I understand zapier refers to as “Line Items” I cannot figure out to work with these for the life of me. For example, we return a “contact like object” that, for the sake of this conversation, looks like [ { first_name: “jane”, last_name: “doe, email: “jane@email.com”, }, { first_name: “john”, last_name: “doe, email: “john@email.com”, },]When I test the Zap, it sees the object and displays them as line items. But when I got to access the data, the first name key returns a comma-separated list of each object's first name. I.e. “jane, john”. This is useless. So I searched, found, and played with the Formatter tool and Looping by Zapier, but no matter what I do or how I configure these according to the docs, I still end up with the exact string. I have an active Zap that brings a Shopify order into salesforce, creates an opportunity and adds line items, found in pricebook, to the newly created opportunity. The issue is that the item price brought into the opportunity is divided by the quantity of items ordered in shopify. Example, buy 4 units at $3.49 each on shopify - in salesforce it is entered as correct item but price is $.87 ($3.49/4). I want the items ordered in shopify store (quantity and price) to match in salesforce opportunity. Hi EveryoneI’m trying to setup this dropbox based zap but can’t seem to work out if its possible. When a dropbox folder is added/created > copy (or move) this folder to another part of dropbox. As far as I can see you can trigger a specific file/folder to move but not just copy the new folder/files? Any tips much appreciated.

I have recently run into a problem where I am creating a new form on Formidable in Wordpress, but the new forms I am making are not showing up in Zapier. All products seem to be up to date - is there anything else I can try to get the new forms to show? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I want to create a Discord Gmail integration that sends the reaction to user when they react on message in discord , I tried out creating a zap with discord , setting up trigger to be on reaction , then capturing their email from discord and send a mail to that email using Gmail, but I seems like I am not able to capture their email with this flow , and cant move on to the gmail step , is there any way I can get the user email ? Dear All,we are building an application using a Zap that posts data to a webhook every time an Instagram post is created. I set up the zap and the webshook url, but I cannot see the content or the thumbnail url on our server side in the webhook.When I check the zap history, I can see proper values for most properties for “Data in”, but for the content and the thumbnail url all I see is this:caption: {{139215123__caption}}thumbnail: {{139215123__thumbnail_url}} How should I set this up so I can access these values as well, and then send them to our webhook?
Hi!I have a Zap that catches an incoming webhook and then transfers the data through a following action. This Webhook will include either 1 or 2 phone numbers. The idea is that ONLY 1 phone number gets used in the action. Is there any way to randomize it so that the same phone number does not get sent twice in a row? Is there any way Zapier can choose between using one of the values based on what it send in the previous task?

I am currently creating an SMS to Email Service.I want it to be in one thread like if there is someone sent me an SMS to my email, the subject line would be the sender’s number and it will not create a new e-mail thread when the number is already existing in my mailbox.Is there any way I can do this? The Zap for SMS to Email is already working. The only problem is when someone replies to my message using their phone it will just create a new e-mail with the same subject line which I want to be as a reply email. The technology that I am using is Twilio and Outlook. Thanks in advance!

I am trying to set up a Zap between Squarespace and MailerLite so that when new purchases are made, customers are added to a group on MailerLite. From what I can see, the only trigger option for Squarespace is new form submissions.I noticed that on Squarespace products, during checkout, there is an option to include a custom form, which I added. However, I am not picking up the form on Zapier. Does this not fall under the ‘New Form Submission’ trigger?
Ontraport - Calendly - how to change the date-time field name in ontraport at the zap level. It seems like there is only one ontraport date-time field name baked into the interface. I have concurrent events and the zap from one event overwrites the zap from a different event. I would like to have different date-time field names for the different events.
Hi Zapier community. I am trying to make some different Zapiers to automate our workflow. On our Google Drive we have a parent folder “Products” that contains many subfolders with each product. Each product folder only contains images. For instance:“Products”→ “Blue poster”→ “Red poster”→ “Green poster” Each subfolder contains all the product images for the specific product. I want a workflow that: New product in Shopify is created a folder in “Products” is created. Eg. “Yellow Poster” ✅ When new image files are added in the subfolders (eg. “Blue poster”) in Google Drive upload those to Shopify I should be able to choose the order so every image that ends with _1 is the first product displayed in Shopify and _2 is the second image etc. How would I go about this and is it even possible?
